We had our assessment today & I couldn't have asked for more. Ceaser has an incredible depth of knowledge & he explains everything perfectly. Even just a few hours after meeting him I walked my dog with minimal pulling which is a huge relief. He's given me hope of a happy, loose lead future & I look forwards to seeing how we progress
Travelled from Rotherham to Birmingham to this guy and was asked if I could come a different day when I was half hour away from him as there was a delay with traffic etc. the guy new I was on my way from Rotherham and expected me for 4pm but I told him I wouldn’t make it till half 4 there was no reply from him untill I was half hour away so a good hour - hour and half into my drive .. he then messaged and asked if I could re arrange for another day .. this particular day I’d already had to re arrange the time and actually asked about re booking for another day altogether as I had just flown back from turkey that night had 2 planes to catch from Izmir to Istanbul then Istanbul to Manchester, drove from Manchester to Rotherham to collect my dogs then from there got my 2 big dogs ready and on my way. Was a hell of a night and this guy just wasted my time completely then once I’d turned round and set off back home he starts telling me he’s still there and to come .. I’m already 15 mins heading back down the opposite way as I turned straight round at the next junction after seeing his mesdsge asking to re arrange for another day. Tired already this guy just topped off the day .. lost out on 50 pound but money is least of my concerns this guy might have 50 pound of my money but I have 6 dogs that were all going to be trained or atleast 3 of them .. 1 session per week 50 quid a session this guys just lost out on 200 quid a month so hope he’s got some money if he can afford to treat potential customers like that .. have tons of trainers a lot closer too chose this guy as was recommended by someone who took a pup he got from my litter there and I thort might be nice for us to use the same place for my dogs (the parents and siblings) but never mind alternatives closer that more than likely will turn out better and much more professional
Very experienced and easy to deal with
We were hesitant about sending our pooch away for 4 weeks intensive training - he's a working Springer, so constantly running full throttle, was hyper around dogs and people when out and about, and couldn't walk on lead for love nor money. We had to walk him on a head collar simply to get a hint of control - on a neck collar or harness he just pulled like a steam train. Caesar is amazing. We went and met him and within minutes of saying hello, he had allayed every concern we had. He is so insanely knowledgeable about what he does and completely understood our dog - he could tell me what I was about to say next because he'd been there, seen it, done it before! He estimated that he'd need 4 weeks but in the end our dog stayed 7 because Caesar is a consummate professional and didn't want to leave a job half done! The additional time was at no extra charge and we were updated with messages, photos, videos across the whole stay. Our dog is a reformed character now: I can walk him on a neck collar with one finger holding the lead and when off lead at a field, he ignores people around him and when a big Bernese Mountain Dog lolloped over this week, he looked for a moment and ran back to me. Caesar is a miracle worker! He is a fantastic trainer and a genuinely lovely person. No question is too daft for him to answer and nothing is too much trouble to make sure that you're happy and informed about what's going on. He took the time to take an interest in our family life so he understood what setting was home for our dog. We would recommend Lisen K9 in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a dog trainer, you literally could not find a better one!
We took Bolt (the white one) to be assessed by Ceaser on Saturday morning, it didn't take long for him to see the issues we were having with our German Shepherd. Initially very reactive to other dogs but within 15 minutes Ceaser had got him to a place where he was relatively calm in the presence of the other dogs. After following the advice he gave us to try at home, Bolt's behaviour has improved in so many ways and it hasn't even been a week yet! It stuns me that small changes in our behaviour can affect a dog's way of thinking, he has become less anxious and less boisterous since the visit. We are so grateful to Ceaser's gift of being able to read these animals and solve doggy problems. Of course there is still work to be done, but he will get there. 😁👍

Had my first session with Forrest who worked with my 9 month old Doberdor. She engaged with him and I saw his leash walking progress there and then. Forrest gave me the tools that I needed to understand the way my dog thinks and I continued with her advice and techniques. Just two days after our session I was able to take my dog for a walk with him walking beside me without the need for his harness. I highly recommend Forrest!
Forrest came out to work with us and our 10-month-old puppy, Doug, who we’d been having a few challenges with. She took the time to discuss Doug’s behaviour and listen to my concerns. Throughout the session, Doug was completely engaged and seemed to have really clicked with Forrest. You can tell Forrest has extensive knowledge and her clear explanations made it easy for me to understand what to do. She took the time to answer any questions. Thank you so much Forrest for your guidance and advice! :)
Absolutely Brilliant, really knowledge, friendly and helpful Thanks again see you soon
Forrest is amazing with the help and support she has given in the first session. Given us something to work on before booking another session Thank you
Forrest visited our home and met Solomon our 9 month old Gerberian Shepsky. We asked for help with his nipping/mouthing/lead biting and various other things. Forrest listened and asked lots of questions about Solomon She really understood him and how to get the best out of our pup. We've been shown games to play to reduce the unwanted behaviour and so far so good. Forrest is coming for a walk with us next time to work on things like lunging and pulling. I know she'll have great advice and she'll be good company at the same time. She is a doggy genius!

After researching dog training schools for our pup we were drawn to Scamps due to the emphasis on positive and ethical training. The pup class has taught us commands like sit, down, settling, manners and recall. Scott teaches in a way that breaks the theory down so you understand how and why, training is in steps so you are able to progress stage by stage whilst your dog is happy and eager to learn due to the positive approach to training. A first aid session is also part of the course which we hope we never need but at least we are now prepared. You can tell Scott and Jo love dogs and are passionate about what they do. Special thanks to Jo for the support with Pippin during the sessions and to Scott for his help outside of the classes to help us with some of our pups behaviours. See you on the Bronze course
Wow, we learnt so much on this course. Jo and Scott are great instructors. Thank you so much, looking forward to the Bronze course.
Really does work ,Think outside the box when it comes to dog training . Positive training ,reward, reward and your dog will be the best ,You will also be the best.
We have done Scamps Bronze, Silver and Gold courses with our Springer/Poodle cross. We now have a happy dog who is a pleasure to have around. Scotts teaching is both easy to follow and effective with support to ensure everyone can be successful. I can't recommend Scott and Jo highly enough.
The most amazing trainer I could have ever imagined for my very excitable (and noisy) Staffy puppy. Scott and Jo were both absolutely incredible during the 6 week puppy class and they always made me feel so comfortable with their kind words, guidance and support. The class focused on recall, basic commands, first aid (which was so informative), settling and much much more! It has been the best decision I have made regarding my pup. Scott always goes the extra mile and also gave me advice and methods outside of the classes to help support my pup with his anxiety with walking - to which have worked a treat. ALL training methods are positive for the dog which has really build up confidence with Reggie. NO CRUELTY / NEGATIVE REINFORCEMENT!!! Always putting the dogs needs and their safety first. Another huge thank you for everything you have done for Reggie, hope to see you both soon for a Bronze Course!

Kerry and Shelli have been literal angels when it comes to dog walking. From the very initial meeting I knew they were the one, they treat my dog like he’s their own and always give him a warm welcome (it’s cute when they don’t know I’m there) as it’s a similar greeting that I give him. They have an amazing business and are truly great people! Would 100% recommend!
Fantastic service. Wonderful with my usually nervous dog, who eagerly waits by the door for their arrival. Always friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very professional and trusted completely to let themselves in and out of the house. Cannot recommend highly enough
Kerry and Shelli with the Paw Kind are amazing. They walk Winnie whilst I’m out at work and she loves seeing them and getting out with the other dogs. I know Winnie is in very safe hands and I also feel completely at ease knowing I can trust them to come into my home whilst I’m out and walk my beloved pooch.
Kerry and her team have done an amazing job looking after my gorgeous puppy, Brodie. Kerry met our family with such a friendly and professional manner that we instantly felt at ease and she’s really taken the time to build a relationship with our new addition. We couldn’t be happier with the service the team have provided! Fully recommend!
Have used Kerri to look after my two dogs and cat when we have been away. It’s nice to know that they can stay in their own environment and gives peace of mind. Kerri gives updates so it’s reassuring to know they are ok when we are not there. You would never know she has been as the house is spotless. I wouldn’t trust my boys with anyone else and highly recommend The Paw Kind.

The physical space is very impressive & reflects the needs of the dogs, with play areas, quiet areas & stimulative toys - it’s all fully secure & hi tech; complimented by the wonderful Megan, who’s got a spacious converted barn grooming salon. Our Giant Schnauzer goes once a week & absolutely loves his day-he jumps out of the car and although usually a mummy’s boy-once he sees Stuart or Luke coming to greet us, he doesn’t even look back! That tells me how much he enjoys his time. K9 affords the stimulation & socialisation I can’t provide at home & both Sherlock & I look forward to his regular play day!! Highly recommended for all shapes, ages & sizes of dogs-professional & knowledgeable staff can advise on food nutrition & grooming needs. The onsite shop has raw food, healthy treats travelling boxes.
My dogs have the best time on their once a week day care at Weston. Our dogs are treated with so much respect and care by all at K9 Weston. 5⭐️ recommendation from us
My dog has been going to K9 anytime at Higford for 6 years now, and they’ve always been great, and I’ve recently moved her to the new premises at Weston for convenience, and it is fantastic. Luke & Stewart are running the new site and they’re amazing with the dogs - nothing speaks louder than the fact that my dog is really happy to go off with them when I drop her off. The newly built premises are excellent and it’s a great location if you’re travelling on the M6 or M6 Toll every day. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
My dog Marley absolutely loves going to K9 at Weston. It has lovely clean facilities and is very well run. He is always very excited to go in there and drags Stewart to the gate to get in and similarly a very happy dog when I pick him up. I was lucky to have a tour of the new facilities and was very impressed with the care they have taken in looking after our dogs needs through the day.. Apart from being a place for them to be whilst you are working, it is perfect for teaching them manners and how to understand other dogs. They thoroughly enjoy it. I would 100% recommend K9 day care centre with Stewart and his team. They really do care and love dogs.
