We had our first session with Matt today and it was amazing! Our 11 month old Gatsby really took to the training straight away, and we were left with so many practical lessons that we can put into action at home. What stood out most was how clear and approachable Matt’s teaching style is, he made sure we understood not just what to do, but why it works, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. Gatsby was completely engaged throughout the session, and it was definitely so rewarding to see him respond so positively in such a short amount of time. It’s obvious Matt has a real passion for dogs and a depth of knowledge to match. We came away feeling more equipped and hopeful that, with consistency, gatsby will grow into a very well-mannered good boy. We’d wholeheartedly recommend Moosh K9 to anyone looking for supportive, effective training. The level of care Matt shows, towards both dogs and their owners, is something truly rare and special.
Just had a first session with Moosh k9 dog training and it was amazing, would highly recommend, I have a very nervous dog was scared to go outside and of other dogs and from one session it has helped me to understand where I was gping wrong with my dog and just by changing a few things my dog is now more confident and comfortable outside with only one session! I recently contacted Matt as I was at the edge and we had an initial discussion about our dog’s challenges which was helpful in its own right. I decided that if just talking to him was helpful then it would be well worth having a session with him to try and help with our 2.5 yr old English Bulldog who was sound reactive, dog reactive and also people reactive (to strangers). We booked in for a session and Matt came to the house and spent about 4 hours going through how to we can set the best foundations to have a well balanced and trained dog but also how we can work to address his particular challenges. He was extremely knowledgeable about dogs and gave practical advice. Whilst he was here I could see first hand how our dog responded to him which was great. Two weeks later and putting his advice into practice and we are already in a better place with our dog. He’s not perfect but we are seeing progress. If you are looking for a no nonsense trainer who will tell you it like it is and knows his stuff then give Matt at Moosh K9 Academy a call.
Matt spent 5 hours at our house working with our lab, worked on the areas we felt needed attention and also identified more points we needed to work on. He was attentive, consistent and highly knowledgeable throughout and left is with resources and everything we needed to continue for ourselves. We saw immediate results on the day and have high hopes for the future. Can't recommend highly enough, great trainer and a lovely guy.

Nigel’s bespoke approach totally transformed the way we understand our dog and the easy to follow techniques have led to our dog being much calmer, more content and less anxious. Nigel is clearly an expert at what he does and gave us the tools and language to resolve the issues we were having and we saw almost instant results. Over the weeks the improvements continued and Nigel was there to support us through this process. I would highly recommend Nigel, he was brilliant and the positive impact on our dog has been game changing!
Meeting with Nigel was amazing! He assessed our young puppy and helped us understand the causes of certain undesirable behaviors and how we should address them. His approach is very intelligent, not just one rule for everything, and he considers the nuances of specific situations as well as our puppy’s individual needs. He’s definitely given us the confidence to train our puppy appropriately, and we’ve already seen incredible improvements in our puppy’s behavior! We’re really excited to continue speaking with Nigel, as he’s genuinely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Nigel was everything his reviews lived up to and more. When I contacted Nigel I was at the end of myself with Toffee. My Labrador was attacking other dogs and I was scared to leave the house. Nigel came and was a breath of fresh air. He was sensible kind and quite simply his methods work. In 2 lessons toffee was a changed dog and he showed me workable methods to change her behaviour. Our session with Nigel was excellent. We booked him to come and help with our beloved French Bulldogs who have been quite unsettled after a house move and various major shifts in our routine. His approach is smart, straight forward, and based on simple principles which felt intuitive and easy to follow. Beside from all the intriguing theory and animal behaviour psychology, Nigel’s practical approach is excellent. Watching him get our dogs walking at heel, after years of increasingly chaotic lead-pulling, was quite a revelation. And then showing us how to help our dogs stop behaving anxiously and aggressively around noisy appliances was another practical example of how effective his approach is. Georgie had a full assessment with Antonella last year, and has since had three one on one lessons also. He has spina bifida which means his tail doesn’t work and this has caused him to be very fearful of other dogs that run towards his back. Antonella is very knowledgeable, has taught us a lot of different ways to manage his fear aggression, and she makes you feel very comfortable. We are now going to sign Georgie up for her intermediate classes, as he is now ready to join those after his one to one sessions. The name says it all. Antonella and Simon foster holistic thriving in our canines, including emotionally, mentally and physically. Since enjoying regular sessions with Antonella, my eight yr old chihuahua Coco has just absolutely blossomed. He has gone from 5.1kg just this past January to a much healthier weight of 3.7kg. Antonella has caused Coco to be more confident and athletic with her steady, behavioural insights, introducing games to stimulate Coco’s natural need for mental stimulations. He is now a fit, happy, confident chihuahua and continues to learn new skills. Antonella also runs incredible workshops for new puppy owners, including children, and it’s truly a joy to watch her joy in teaching others how to train with empathy and purpose. I am so thrilled that Coco and I have had the privilege to receive such amazing coaching, and our relationship (Coco and mine) continues to reap the benefits of her practice. TWELVE STARS!!!
We love the Animal Wellbeing Centre! Antonella and her team are fantastic with never ending help and guidance. We have known Antonella for several years but only recently got a puppy of our own and we don’t know what we’d have done without her help! We have done puppy training sessions which were fantastic and are now in the intermediate classes and have done several private classes too. Classes are small with Antonella and Claudia helping and guiding each pup (or more importantly, owner!). All absolutely fantastic and couldn’t recommend more highly.
Antonella and the team at Animal Wellbeing Centre have been wonderful trainers for both my puppy and me! Attending classes is the peak of our week. Sessions are always informative, tailored to dog's needs, and highly enjoyable. My pup is an extremely energetic and excitable Staffy, and they've guided me to confidently work with and embrace his character. I am so glad I came across Animal Wellbeing Centre when I first got my puppy, Bernie, as they have been absolutely fabulous with their training and advice. Bernie (my miniature dachshund puppy) first attended classes at 12 weeks old, and it quickly became the highlight of our week! He loved the classes and the trainers and I found the sessions fun, informative, and personalised. Antonella has been brilliant with communication ever since, and has helped me with various concerns of mine. Claudia and Magda are also lovely people and great trainers with plenty of knowledge to share. I would (and do!) thoroughly recommend Animal Wellbeing Centre.

Rima was amazing! I contacted Rima because i needed help as a first time dog owner with the basic training needs for my puppy. Rima was compassionate, patient and always answered every single question i had. Riley is sooo much better now that we have completed the course and i feel much more confident moving forward.
I have worked with Rima for going on 3 years now, we recently spent 6 months in New York and even then we could not find anyone that came even close. Her knowledge and patience with training our 3 dogs has changed our whole mindset with regards to handling the dogs and understanding their behaviour. All 3 are rescue dogs and came from pretty rough backgrounds and she has completely transformed their behaviour and made us feel completely confident and safe in the whole process. Thanks Rima
I enjoyed my session with Rima immensely. I got her in because Elsa my rescue dog was very very reactive to all sorts of things- motorbikes, strangers, other dogs. She made training very easy to understand and gave me some great management strategies. She has been a massive support and is always responsive when I reach out. We still have a bit of work to do but there is a massive improvement and things in general are much much calmer and definitely more manageable.
I’m so grateful to Rima for the amazing progress my dog Molly has made. Molly has always been anxious, and I often felt helpless seeing her stressed, but from our very first session Rima was patient, compassionate, and clearly understood what Molly needed to feel safe. She gave me practical tips I could use straight away, explained everything clearly, and was very knowledgeable. Molly is now more confident, calmer, and able to enjoy situations that used to overwhelm her, and I can’t recommend Rima enough for anyone with an anxious dog.

Don is a sighthound whisperer! We’ve been so so impressed by his training for our lurcher, Reggie! We got recommended to contact Don through a fellow lurcher we met in Highgate Woods. Don is great and our whippet Beau loves him. Beau has a wonderful time when Don looks after him for the day, as seen by the videos Don sends us during the day. Don has also given us some really useful tips for training Beau and helping with obedience. Don also does some obedience training while looking after Beau. Overall, we'd highly recommend Don.
Don is fantastic, and our dog had such a brilliant time staying with him. He sent us regular updates and videos throughout which was very reassuring and lovely to see her having so much fun. He is also a brilliant trainer - the progress she made whilst staying with him was so impressive. 100% recommended him and his services.
We entrust our dog, Tuna, completely to Don as we know it is not just about mindless play as Don instills structure and discipline in everything he does with his pack. Tuna comes back highly fulfilled and well behaved everytime. Don sends us photos and videos throughout the day to keep us updated on what our dog is doing, eating etc. When Tuna boards with Don, she is being fed very high quality food and there is even weigh in sessions throughout her boarding period! Tuna stayed with Don and his pack for 3 weeks and returned with excellent recall and good manners! Thank you Don!
