A massive thank you to Gareth and Equi-nine. Just over a week ago, Gareth picked Chaos up and took her to the vets for a spay. I received regular updates and reassurance from him before he dropped her back to me. Today, the vets became concerned with photos showing swelling around the area that had been operated on. I was told on the phone that if they weren't able to do the ultrasound straight off, they would have to sedate her. Gareth sprung into action again; picked her up, took her to the appointment and returned a non sedated Chaos to us. I highly recommend their service for taking nervous/reactive dogs to the vets on behalf of the owner. During an emotionally heightened time, it reduced a lot of stress and panic for ourselves and more importantly, for our dog (and probably the vet).
Our dog was attacked by 3 off lead dogs so with that caused reactivity from Torvi, we tried to be responsible owners and took her to a dog trainer to help us overcome this issue. Whilst in with this dog trainer she become human reactive as well which became a serious serious problem. We took a massive punt on Gareth and Carley after what happened with the previous trainer. We weren’t expecting much at all, but was quickly shocked at how knowledgeable these guys are. They’re genuinely life savers. People see them as dog trainers I seen them as more than that. The work we have done has been a grind but we’ve slowly and yet surely started to see very good light changes. Working with Gareth, Carley and the Equi-nine crew has been eye opening for us, the last trainer completely wrote Torvi off as another vicious Bully(pocket) with no chance of anything. But not these guys, We know it’s a long road and we’re willing to work for that end goal. Because underneath it all is the Torvi we know before she was attacked. Thanks guys and the improvements we have seen have given us massive hope.
Fantastic service getting my girl to load. All positive reinforcement and calm. The support was fantastic. And they spook boost clinics are super fun!
My deaf and partially sighted Great Dane was relaxed with the team and was even confident to play with another dog after only one session. The way they have with animals is unbelievable so looking forward to seeing how she gets on with the rest of her training
We are so, so glad we found you! (Thank you to whoever told us about you; we still don't know). Sadly, our dog Neo was attacked on a few occasions (one was bad; it was just lucky he didn't get severely hurt), but after only 1 training session and 2 social sessions, Neo is already showing signs of improvement. It was so heartbreaking to see him go from a happy-go-lucky puppy to absolutely petrified of all unfamiliar dogs out on walks. We were at a point where we never thought we'd see him be able to enjoy being a young dog or make friends with unfamiliar dogs again, but it's all thanks to your advice and help that he's starting to make better choices. We've still got a long way to go, but we can't thank you enough and will continue with his social sessions for the foreseeable ❤️

Fantastic trainer, patient and kind
We started taking our puppy 2 weeks ago. We are getting better results with cues, tips on behaviour, and advice on building the confidence of our pup and us. Tamara is amazing
Questions not applicable as it is a puppy training course. Fantastic information and any questions answered on a group or individual basis.
Fabulous dog trainer. Can perform miracles!
We took our black Labrador puppy to Propups puppy classes. We not only thoroughly enjoyed the classes but felt they gave us the tools we need to raise Rosie correctly. It was also great to be able to get advice and support from the trainers during the class on other issues we were experiencing. We will be signing up for graduate classes to continue the learning!

Our experience with Hayley was great. We have a young lurcher cross of 15 months that was giving us problems with recall, and despite us having had a total of 11 dogs of various parentage and histories in our lives, we were at a loss! Hayley took us back to basics and added a few tricks and tips making the walks more fun for Billy and for us. She certainly had an immediate rapport with him. We will continue building on all we’ve been taught, enjoying being out with Billy, and knowing that he’s well on his way to being a better behaved boy.
We can’t recommend Hayley enough! From the moment we met her at her puppy social classes, we knew she was the right fit for us and our pup, Tails. She’s absolutely fantastic with puppies—kind, patient, and clearly loves what she does. Tails adores her and gets so excited whenever he sees her! Hayley really knows her stuff and takes the time to understand what you and your puppy need. Our first one-on-one session was so helpful—she focused right in on the areas we were struggling with and gave us clear, practical advice that actually works. She’s thorough in her approach but makes everything feel doable, not overwhelming. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will help build a solid foundation for you and your puppy, Hayley’s the one
We wanted to find a dog trainer who was a little different to the norm and who didn't use old fashioned techniques. Her passion for dogs really shines through. Hayley patiently worked with our dog Pickle who had become very nervous around people. We are seeing the results of her hard work and feel less anxious when people visit. Pickle is a happier dog and has started to want to interact with people again which is lovely to see. Her trust in humans is getting stronger as time goes by. We are using the training techniques she shared with us and really notice the difference in her behaviour. She uses to bark and growl at other dogs in the park but has now even started playing with them. Not only is she a great dog trainer she's just a lovely all round person who we all look forward to seeing. I couldn't recommend her more highly. If you need help for your dog look no further and get Hayley booked in!
This is our Labradoodle Ettie and although she is good natured and gentle she was still in need of training. I found Hayley on Facebook and I am so glad I did. The training we had was invaluable. Along our journey, I learned lots of positive tricks to use for recall but also how to read Etties body language and pre-empt situations with other dogs and families. An example of this was whilst out walking, Ettie was off the lead when a male and female pheasant crossed our path. With that gun dog instinct, Ettie was about to investigate them further but through recall , treats and praise I was able to divert her attention. Hayley is so intuitive to all of the dogs needs, is kind, nurturing and encouraging. I will always be thankful for the skills you have taught me.
Moose has come a long way since working with Hayley and we feel well equipped to use the knowledge and training tips she has given us moving forward. He even came back after the first recall today when playing off lead with other dogs!

Have used Emma on a 1-1 basis on a couple of occasions and also attended her classes. Her knowledge is amazing and her help with some issues have been invaluable . Highly recommend to anyone looking for help with training or behaviours that need addressing Emma is that person 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Attending the practical puppy course. The course was informative and fun for both us and the pippy. Emma is really supportive and always happy to answer any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend for first time puppy owners who want a little head start on getting the basics cemented early.
Emma has been a life saver today. I found a stray dog and brought him home to try and track down the owners. After no joy on the Facebook groups or with the Council, I found Emma on a website for scanning microchips. She came to the house straight away and got on with helping. The pup was taken to the dogs home and registered as missing with the dog warden. Emma was comfortable with the dog, clearly knew what she was doing. I'd recommend her services to all! Thanks again.

Fantastic venue to learn for both humans and dogs, we were part of a puppy course and then a junior course, smudge the sprocker learnt so much from Sharron and so did we. Positive training and reinforcement, top tips, fun training inside the barn or out in the enormous field. Sharon’s knowledge of training and dog psychology is incredible. She taught us all calmly, quietly and successfully. Brilliant. Thank you
