Although an expert, very able to answer all questions and was even able to bring my 9 year old out her shell to ask very intelligent questions I may add. I think overall it is her demeanour that I would highly commend. It appears some dog trainers do tend to try and show who’s boss but with Olivia the outcome of training is the same but with complete and utter gentleness.
