I am truly grateful for the incredible gift Agnes shared with me. Her ability to connect with animals on such a deep and intuitive level is truly extraordinary. While I was speaking with Agnes about my beloved dog Rex who passed away few years back, I was moved beyond words when Agnes could feel his presence surrounding us. What happened next was something I didn’t expect. She channeled a message from Rex- with such clarity, compassion and warmth- that touched something deep within me. I could feel love so clearly that all the pain I’d been holding onto simply began to melt away. That day I received an incredible gift. What Agnes offered me is so much more than communication: it’s emotional liberation, spiritual connection and unconditional love, all wrapped in a presence that is deeply safe and grounded. THANK YOU, my dear Agnes! You are a healer, a guide, a bridge between hearts.
Working with Agnes has been one of the most beautiful experiences—for both me and my dog, Max. We were on a journey to support Max through his grief, as he had been carrying so much since the loss of my husband. What Agnes offered wasn’t just healing—it was deep, soulful connection. She communicated with Max in a way I’ve never witnessed before. She truly saw him. Understood him. And helped me understand him too. That meant the world to me. Since our sessions, Max has become more affectionate, more at peace, and so much lighter in his energy. I could feel the shift in him—he seemed genuinely happier and calmer. He’s always been my comfort through grief, and now I feel like I’ve finally been able to give something back to him. Supporting his emotional wellbeing was the best gift I could give, and I’m deeply grateful I found Agnes. If your dog is going through emotional pain, or if you simply want to connect more deeply with them, I can’t recommend Agnes enough. She doesn’t just work with animals—she honours the love and bond that exists between them and us.
Working with Agnes has been, without a doubt, one of the most rewarding and transformative experiences of our lives. We enrolled our now 5-month-old maltipoo girl, Tia, in her 8-week training program, and what we gained was so much more than obedience training – it was a deep, beautiful bond with our puppy and an education in compassionate, intuitive dog parenting. From day one, Agnes made it her mission to understand Tia on a personal level. Her approach is not one-size-fits-all – she truly tailors every aspect of her program to the dog’s personality, energy, and needs. She got to know Tia as if she were her own, and designed a plan that nurtured her confidence while gently guiding her behavior. But what truly sets Agnes apart is that she doesn’t just train dogs – she trains people. As first-time dog owners, my husband and I were overwhelmed, but Agnes patiently guided us, answering every question, calming every worry, and helping us understand Tia in a way that changed everything. We are different people because of her – more confident, more connected, and so much more in tune with our dog. The relationship we now share with Tia is one we wouldn’t have known how to build without Agnes. On top of all this, Agnes brings a holistic touch to her work that is rare and powerful. She incorporated Bach flower remedies to help with Tia’s anxiety and restlessness, and the improvement has been both visible and heartwarming. Her knowledge, dedication, and care go beyond the surface – she addresses the emotional and energetic well-being of your pup in a way that feels deeply healing. Agnes is not just a dog trainer. She is a true healer, teacher, friend and a guide – someone who has forever changed our lives and helped us give Tia the best, most loving start in life. We are endlessly grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone who wants to not just “train” their dog, but to truly understand and connect with them. Thank you, Agnes. You are magic. We love you!
** Update** after a few more sessions with Agnes she is even better! Her skin is a lovely baby pink, showing she's healing, and her face is much better too. She doesn't lick or bite half as much as she used to and also seems much happier in herself again! I am so happy with how she's progressed and wanted to thank Agnes again for being such a wonderful person 🙏🏼 💗 🙏🏼 💗 I wanted to share the progress my American bulldog Dakota has made since starting work with the wonderful Agnes. Many people don't believe in what she does and won't even give her a chance but I want to share my personal experience with her and encourage those with an open mind to reach out to her. We first had a chat about Dakotas history and what I thought was the cause. Agnes then explained that she is an energy healer and told me a little bit about what she does. I don't pretend to know how it works but I can tell you that throughout the process we went from treating it as an allergy caused by certain foods and environmental issues to the possibility that she was reacting to me leaving her and the rain causes her a lot of stress. I was guided through using Bach remedies to help ease her stress and changing my mindset about what is affecting Dakota. Before help from Agnes I would never have thought that she had separation anxiety as she tended to curl up in a ball and sleep but also bit and licks herself, which she doesn't do massively when I am with her. With separation anxiety I always believed that it was shown by a dog destroying the house and whining rather than scratching and licking themselves. I do believe that she still also suffers with environmental allergies and sensitivity to certain foods but in making a few changes and acknowledging that she isn't as happy as I thought she was when being left alone, I have definitely seen improvements with her. I have attached some photos of her before help from Agnes and some from now. She still has a way to go as she was on apoquel for almost 5 years, masking her issues but we are definitely heading in the right direction. I would recommend that anyone with an open mind who has tried lots of other methods to get in touch with Agnes. She is such a lovely person to work with and very highly intuitive. She got Dakotas character down perfectly without me telling her what she was like. I honestly can't thank this wonderful lady enough for helping me through some very up and down weeks with my girl ❤️🥰🙏🐾
I can't praise Agnes enough for everything she has done for both my dogs. My greyhound, Blue, came to me aged 3 after being retired from racing. He settled in quite well to house life but was absolutely terrified of fireworks and thunderstorms. I had tried calming supplements and thunderstorms coats but nothing seemed to help. Agnes was already helping me with my other dog with skin allergies, so had offered to work with Blue too. Agnes is amazingly intuitive with everything she does and immediately was able to tell me a lot about his personality. She continued to work with him over a few weeks and there was a huge improvement! I was dreading new years eve, knowing that there would be continued noise for over 10 minutes but after a very brief whine and circling, he settled in his bed for the duration of the fireworks. Hopefully I have attached some photos of him laying quietly in his bed with a screenshot showing the date and time so the fireworks would have been in fulls swing. I have definitely noticed a big difference with his behaviour and his energy is much more relaxed since his sessions. I can't thank Agnes enough for helping me with her wonderful healing ability and would highly recommend her to anyone with fearful, reactive dogs.

Cathy was brilliant! We’d highly recommend both her puppy group classes and one to one sessions for anyone with a puppy looking for these. We found them so helpful & Cathy is a fantastic trainer. The puppy group classes are small (max. 6 puppies), really well structured & each puppy gets a good amount of attention and individualised, really useful feedback from Cathy. She’s really knowledgeable, super observant & gives great advice, which made such a big difference each time in helping our pup learn a skill in the class. The pups are spaced apart well enough to be able to learn with distractions, but not so much of a distraction that they can’t learn, which was so helpful for our puppy who learnt things well at home but completely lost all her training with any distractions outside! There was a good atmosphere in the classes and they were also completely non-judgemental, which I really appreciated, and Cathy was very encouraging throughout. She sent us her video tutorials of the things we did after each session, and you also get access to a whole bank of great video tutorials to do in your own time, which we’ve found so helpful. The venue itself was good also with an indoor option if it rained, and there was plenty of parking available, making it really convenient. We’ve also had a couple of months of one-to-one sessions with Cathy, alongside the group sessions. Her one-to-one sessions are brilliant - they’re so personalised to what you feel you need help with, with your puppy, and she has given us countless tips and advice which have been absolute game changers with our pup, massively helping along toileting, stopping biting, going into her crate happily, and leaving things (to mention a few!). She’s also on her way to having great recall due to Cathy’s help, which we’re really grateful for! She was available for troubleshooting in between sessions also, which we found so helpful. Honestly we can’t recommend Cathy highly enough! Our puppy has made great progress with all of her training, support and advice, so thank you Cathy!
We loved Cathy's group puppy classes. We have a lively springer spaniel and found Cathy to be very knowledgeable and observant, giving all the puppys her attention. She gave us lots of new tools with video tutorials too which were very appreciated. Thank you Cathy 🤗
Cathy is really experienced & knowledge. I found her classes to be really helpful & am looking forward to continuing our training with her at the next level.
Cathy was amazing. Classes were really helpful. Cathy was very knowledgeable and helped us all with ongoing puppy issues every week. Each week Cathy followed up with online instructional videos and links to resources. Venue was good. Plenty of parking and an enclosed outdoor area. We also used an inside hall at the start when it was icy cold. Would recommend the classes. Well worth the cost.

I got in touch with Heather before getting our new puppy. She's been a great support with her puppy package. She's helped out little puppy settle into her new home and given me some great training to use with puppy. We've been really impressed. Thank you Heather.
We are so glad we did Heather’s 121 puppy package! Getting a puppy with two children at home under 5 was a little overwhelming, but after the session to prep for puppy’s arrival we were feeling a lot more confident and knew how to tackle the first few days/weeks. Heather’s advice was invaluable and it was so helpful to be able to message her as and when needed for advice in between sessions. Heather has showed us so many exercises to do that we would have never thought of that have been really useful for managing a puppy in a busy family life. We would 100% recommend!
Heather kindly did me a 4 day crash course for my Cocker Spaniel. Badger. The dog very quickly pick up on Heathers voice commands and demonstrates how much the dog wants to please . Her approach is one of persuasion by kind but firm commands. Heather gave up one day of her holiday to help me out. I can throughly recommend her. Adrian
Heather is fantastic, we had a few sessions with our 8 month old cockapoo who was starting to develop some bad habits and she totally changed how we interacted with him, for the better. She is an expert in Spaniels and Doodles and helped us use his scent drive to work with him not against him. We now have a really wonderful, calm, happy dog. I am so glad I found her and will not hesitate to use her again in the future. She is also (unlike a lot of other dog trainers out there) as good with humans as she is with dogs so won't make you feel like a failure with your own canine family member!
Amazing!! Heather is very knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. She is happy to help with anything and listens to what is important for you and your pup. After just 1 session our little Poppy was already focusing more and her heel walking was improving. We are much happier and more confident taking her out now that Heather has given us all the tools we need to deal with situations that may arise. We still have a way to go but I am confident we will get there Thanks to Heather.

Bonnie is a great cat behaviourist - very knowledgeable, with lots of tips and advice, gave very helpful feedback and is extremely personable. She helped us to integrate our 12 year old cat with a new kitten and they are now cohabiting happily together. I would highly recommend Bonnie.
I was quite sceptical when the vet suggested a behavioural approach to help with our cats' issues—but from the very start, it was clear Bonnie knew her stuff. And, more impressively, so did our cats! They responded surprisingly well to all the interventions she suggested to improve feline relationships in our household. On her very first visit, Bonnie had both cats in the same room, lying relaxed and calm in each other's company—something we hadn’t seen in ages. The plan she gave us was comprehensive, practical, and easy to follow… and most importantly, it really worked. So much for my scepticism—Pets Explained has made a real difference! Thank you 😸😻
Bonnie was such a help in a very challenging situation with two sister cats. A brilliant, knowledgeable and experienced professional - highly recommended.
Bonnie is so patient and professional with my dog Pablo! He is a little boy adopted from China and has never been properly socialized with people or dogs. He had ver bad fear, anxiety and reactivity issues, but Bonnie could quickly identify Pablo’s problem and offer effective solution in the first hour! After 3 months of training and medication help, Pablo is so much better with strangers and daily walks and everyone around us could tell the improvement. Thank you again for the sessions with Pablo😊😊
RBS windows did an excellent job. He was efficient and on time. He fixed the broken lock in record time and charged a fair price for the job. We will definitely use him again.

Brilliant dog trainer. Highly recommended. Daisy helped our 14 year old daughter train our new German shepherd pup. We get compliments all the time on how well behaved he is now. Daisy focuses on what's needed, and what you want not just generic commands. Her pack walks and classes are legendary as well and everyone should do them.
I can't recommend daisy enough, she has helped us so much and changed our lives with our reactive rescue, right from the start she has gone above and beyond to help our dog, our handover after residential training was full of amazing information and a lovely long walk after reuniting with my gorgeous Leo, and love that she keeps in contact for updates, thankyou so much
Daisy is a fantastic trainer. Turned a very nervous dog into a confident and put her on the right course. Not only this but gave myself confidence in handling and continues long after training to offer advice and support. Cannot recommend enough
Fantastic service from a very professional trainer Milo my German shepherd always comes back looking just as he left which has not been the case with other kennels can’t recommend Daisy enough 10/10
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Experience! Thank you, Daisy, for the incredible board and train experience with Mash! She came back like a brand new dog—her recall is spot on, and her overall engagement has improved dramatically. I was especially impressed with the consistent updates and adorable pictures throughout the training. It was reassuring to know Mash was in such great hands. I had a super smooth, professional, and positive experience from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Daisy to anyone looking for effective, compassionate, and results-driven training!
