The dogs and I absolutely love coming for our lessons. They’re always so much fun and tailored to suit your dog and how they learn best. We always get so much out of our lessons, and look forward to the next one as soon as we leave
Ollie has been absolutely fantastic with my dog who is a thug. Ollie has seen the best in Pablo and takes a cool, calm no drama attitude towards Pablo’s excessive barking and lunging, as an owner this eases the embarrassment and anxiety .. He has helped teach a technique to stop Pablo’s excessive barking proving to be successful out and about.. Myself and Pablo are growing a stronger bond by learning agility and having heaps of fun with it! We are so glad we found Insight dogs

Excellent with my dogs! They get so excited when they hear the car pull up 🥰 Very reliable and friendly 👍 Highly recommended from me and the doggies 🐕 🐕
Stacey is so great with Whiskey who absolutely loves going on his walks with her. He gets so much out of it and Stacey always communicates so well with us including pictures and videos of him having the best time!
Very friendly service, and our dog appears to love it, in the way he greets the walker when picking him up from the house, and how he looks in the videos that are sent after each walk.
Amazing personal service from Stacey... fun, energetic and varied walks. My dog loves her .
Stacey is great with our dog, happy to be flexible and good value for money. Would definitely recommend her!

I have tried several dog trainers over the last 8 months for my rescue "Billy" who is very reactive, especially with small dogs. Although it didn't work out for other reasons I can honestly say Ed was by far the best. Ed's technique was different to the others, far more effective and suited Billy and me. Thanks Ed.
Great support and knowledgeable on dog behaviour. Thanks
Edwards advice was invaluable in modifying the excitable behaviour, on meeting visitors, of our year old Lurcher .He quickly identified the problem , demonstrated the technique needed to control her behaviour. His calm, confident manner empowered us and gave us confidence. We are so pleased with the marked improvement in her behaviour .Calmer dog happier owners !
Thank you Ed. We are just at the start of our training, but the difference in a couple of training days has been amazing 🙌. We started with pulling on the lead, and following Ed's advice, he is a different dog. He's a big dog, so it was crucial we got this right. We are working on greeting other dogs, so I will let you know how we are getting on......

Highly recommend Dave. Been using him for over 6 months. Reliable, professional & friendly. My dog loves going for walks with him.
Dave has been fantastic with our Golden retriever Teddy. He can be a reluctant walker but Dave has renewed his love of walks and he really enjoys the interaction he gets. I can not recommend him highly enough.
Brilliant service, full of information and experience. Highly recommend!

Another great training day, Fred and I enjoyed it Very good dog trainer very experienced and fun classes
Very professional with great advice for me and my rescue.
I have been attending Lisa’s for over 4 years with both my now 8 year old Cavachon, Bailey, and 4 year old German Shepherd, Mia. I have found her exceptionally good especially when Mia had a major operation following a ruptured cruciate ligament at 5 months old. Lisa introduced her very slowly and carefully back into her obedience classes and even gave her 1 -1 swimming exercises which really helped. Bailey attends agility classes and Mia, after attending doggy gym, is now able to undertake agility classes too in addition to her obedience training classes. I have the greatest respect for Lisa’s methods especially having witnessed her introducing some challenging dogs into classes which is socially good for all animals. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa Jackson’s training centre.

Redhill presents distinct training requirements shaped by its position between London commuter belt and Surrey countryside. The town's excellent parks including Memorial Park, South Park, and nearby Gatton Park provide ideal training environments, while the busy railway station and town centre require dogs with solid urban manners. Our trainers specialise in desensitising dogs to train noise from Redhill Station, crowds on weekends at The Belfry shopping centre, and the mix of urban and rural distractions characteristic of Surrey market towns.
With housing ranging from Victorian terraces to modern developments, many Redhill residents need dogs comfortable in various living situations. We understand local walking routes including the Greensand Way access points and popular spots like Redstone Hill, ensuring your training translates to real-world success throughout your daily routines.
Our puppy programmes focus on the critical 8-16 week period, introducing young dogs to Redhill's environment including traffic along the A23, town centre activity, and countryside elements. Training covers house training, crate training, basic commands, and controlled socialisation at locations like Memorial Park, building confidence around other dogs, cyclists, and the diverse activities found in busy community spaces.
Redhill's popular walking routes often reveal reactivity issues. Our programmes address leash reactivity, fear-based responses, and resource guarding using positive reinforcement and systematic desensitisation. Progressive training in locations from quiet Earlswood paths to busier South Park areas builds tolerance, replacing unwanted behaviours with calm focus even when encountering other dogs on narrow woodland trails.
For dogs ready to progress, our advanced training develops reliable off-lead control essential for enjoying Redhill's countryside access. We build solid recall despite wildlife, other dogs, and distractions, with sessions in varied locations ensuring dogs respond reliably whether on Redstone Hill or near Holmethorpe Sand Pits, giving owners confidence for safe countryside walks.
Dog training in Redhill typically ranges from £45-80 per hour for private sessions, with 6-8 week packages averaging £320-550. Group classes cost £15-25 per session, while puppy courses average £180-320. Specialist behaviour consultations range from £70-110 for initial assessments.
Begin training immediately when bringing your puppy home around 8 weeks old. The critical socialisation window between 8-16 weeks makes early exposure to Redhill's environment essential. Puppies can join group classes after initial vaccinations at 10-12 weeks, though adult dogs benefit from training at any age.
Yes, we specialise in building reliable recall for Redhill's countryside access points. Training involves systematic work with increasing distractions, progressing from controlled environments to open spaces with wildlife and other dogs. Most dogs achieve reliable recall within 8-12 weeks of consistent training, essential for safely enjoying the North Downs and local nature reserves.
