F45 Mcr NQ: A Place Like No Other! It's my third week, and I'm really enjoying the training so far! It's actually the first time I've ever done a proper HIIT workout, and I must say I really like it! For almost two decades now, most of my physical activity was centered around the gym, with an occasional fitness class, a bit of swimming, and cycling outdoors. That all worked fine until I had an inguinal hernia operation three years ago and switched to a 9-to-5 desk job. After taking a couple of months off after surgery, I struggled to get back to the gym. To be honest, I hadn't enjoyed it as much as before. My mobility, which wasn't great to begin with, got so much worse. I noticed increasing stiffness in my joints and a decreased range of motion. I had a few PT sessions which helped me get back into it, but then I changed gyms to the Manchester Aquatics Centre. Although it's a good and huge complex, I didn't make many friends there over the last two years. Not having a gym buddy didn't help, and I ended up feeling stuck. I knew I needed a change, so I decided to try F45 on the recommendation of some friends. I'm so glad I finally did it! The atmosphere at F45 is absolutely amazing! The music selection for the workouts is spot on. Each time, I feel like the beat rate is carefully selected for the type of workout. During cardio training, it helps me keep the pace, and during resistance workouts, it allows me to stay focused on the movement. If there were a Grammy for the best music in a fitness venue, F45 MCR NQ would win! During the class, I feel looked after. All the team members are genuinely nice and easy to talk to. It's the same with the other club members—there's no awkwardness in making new contacts as everyone has the same goal, and you can just feel it. After the first few classes, I noticed such a difference in how my body feels! There's less stiffness in my joints, and my energy levels are much higher. When I do a midday class, I don't need a coffee for the rest of the day! It's amazing to see how many things can change within a few weeks, and I can't wait to see where this journey will take me. All this goodness comes with a price. At first, I thought of it as a luxury expense, but after two trial weeks, I realized it's more of a lifestyle change that I feel I need now in my life and which I could not recommend more to you, gentle reader!

I signed up to unlimited classes in July and so far it’s been such a great experience. The owners are amazing and the coaches are fab. My fitness is already improving and I’m seeing changes in my body after a month, it’s a perfect way to fit around my work schedule and I’m so excited to see where this goes. The studio has a great sense of community with lots of events to attend in between classes, it’s so much fun. Shoutout to Ruben and Joshua. Xx

Have tried multiple boutique gyms across Manchester - f45 in NQ has definitely been the best in terms of class quality, the level of trainer input and this gym in particular is very inclusive . It does not feel pretentious, like some of the other Manchester gyms and there is a good community feel .

This studio is fantastic. I switched to F45 NQ a month ago and haven’t looked back. The trainers are amazing, they take the time to get to know you and any injuries you may have and coach you to get the best out of each workout. They are also so friendly. I had a few questions about memberships prior to switching studios and the owners are so responsive to questions via social media channels. The music’s fantastic, other members are really friendly and encourage you through workouts and it’s a really nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Love this gym! The staff and members are all super supportive. You won't find a gym with a better vibe. The classes change constantly so it never gets boring. They've helped me get into the best shape of my life. I can't say enough positive things :)

On arrival was greeted as if we have been friends for ever.

We have been bringing our 3 year old vizsla Otis to agility for around 8 months. Gemma and Pam are amazing trainers who are extremely knowledgable in what they do and encourage us to get to the next step. We even were able to enter our first steeplechase last year! The facilities are excellent and if the weather isn’t so good we are able to work on equipment such as the weaves and the A-frame indoors. Simply animals are very welcoming, friendly and really push our dogs to do their best!

Gemma and Ryan are amazing. They walk my dog twice a week and she loves her time with them. I also attended puppy training classes when my dog was small and they really helped with her behaviour. Recently I was desperate for help when a relative passed away and we had to travel to Norfork for the funeral. My dog has never stayed away from home overnight but Gemma and Ryan stepped in and looked after her at very short notice. They are amazing and genuinely care about the best interests of the dog.

Our dog has been attending doggy day care at SA since she was 3 months old, she loves it and for us it’s the best day of the week as she’s socialising with other dogs and burning off some energy!

Incredible Dog Trainer – Highly Recommend Brian at The K9 Coach! We started working with Brian when our Cavapoo puppy, Indie, was just 3 months old. At the same time, we were also at different times caring for Luna, a 4-year-old French Bulldog who had become reactive toward other dogs — so much so that we couldn’t have her and Indie in the same space without fear of Luna biting. We got in touch with Brian to help us with our shihtzu Ruby’s behaviour. Despite having Ruby since a puppy, over time she had become aggressive towards men, was very difficult to settle when someone would come into our home and was very reactive whilst on a lead with other dogs and her recall was pretty terrible! There was a lot that we wanted Brian to help us with and he absolutely succeeded. It’s been a complete game changer for Ruby’s walks and helping us to understand why Ruby had displayed this aggressive behaviour towards other dogs and people. We never thought we would get to a point of being able to comfortably walk her around other dogs again. Brian is so patient, understanding and clearly very passionate. He really has been a miracle worker. Particularly as we have a young daughter, we were really wanting to work on Ruby’s behaviour and Brian has really helped us to unpick exactly why Ruby would act the way she did. I highy highly recommend Brian. He has provided the best possible guidance for me and my two little Chihuahua puppies. His training is all based on positive reinforcement, he is so kind and reassuring, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure you on the right track for helping you and your puppy to learn and develop in the best way possible together. To have that support system in place and the understanding of why my dogs might be behaving in a certain way, means that I can give them the best opportunity to become confident, happy little dogs. Brian was a fantastic help with our dog Truffle. Truffle is a mix of 3 working breeds and we were struggling with him pulling on the lead because of how keen he was to sniff everything! Brian taught us how to channel Truffle’s working energy and tendencies so that we were helping him to enrich and stimulate his brain, whilst also being able to now enjoy walks! Thank you Brian!!

Clare and the gang are just great. We've done two courses and a workshop with them and they've all been great - lots of materials and support and just really practical. I've found it so reassuring be taught how to understand my puppy and concrete steps i can take to stop certain behaviours and develop others. We also had a home visit with Clare which sorted a problem we were having with our puppy nipping our youngest. Throughout all of this, the thing I most appreciate is how the team present and engage - they create a warm space to talk about all this stuff without being too judgy. A lot of the dog training world is pretty preachy and judgy and Clare and the team really help take that stress out of dog training while sticking too best practice force-free training informed by recent research. I recommend Clare to anyone who'll listen!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with CB Dogs with my French Bulldog puppy, on Puppy Foundations and I’d highly recommend them! Over the 5 weeks of the course we learnt SO MUCH! Not only do you get the weekly sessions but you also get access to some amazing online material and zoom q&a, for life to set your dog up the right way. All the staff and volunteers are so lovely, welcoming, professional and passionate - as are the other dog owners that attend. It really is a magical space! We can’t wait to return for some more courses and to make more pup friends!

We had a great time at puppy classes! We are first time dog owners and found these classes so helpful. The online training materials alone are fantastic and the in person sessions are a great way to practice training around other dogs. We also went to socialisation sessions which were really helpful and lots of fun. The difference before and after these courses has been so clear! Very many thanks to Clare and the team.

Fantastic training with Clare and the team. The sessions helped my puppy Dixie and I so much with behaviour and training basics as well as some fab tricks too. I also really appreciated the videos and extra resources that were provided in addition to the in-person sessions, and the ongoing advice and support we have access to post-training is so valued. Mabel has just completed the puppy foundation course at CB Dogs. I highly recommend the course for all new puppy owners. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions etc. Excellent resources provided online to assist learning before each class, I found this and the pdf documents really helpful and I struggle sometimes with my memory so getting the information online in videos, via the pdfs and in person at the classes was a fantastic way to learn. We are looking forward to attending the progression course and workshops in the future.
