We have been training our puppy Piper with Georgina since we first got her, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Georgina was incredibly helpful from the very start, offering brilliant techniques that effectively curbed any unwanted behaviours in our new puppy. At just six months old, Piper is now a joy, thanks to Georgina’s expert guidance. We highly recommend Georgina to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive dog trainer!
We have been working with Georgina for the past 4 months since our two border collie puppies were just a few weeks old, and we cannot recommend her services highly enough. Georgina's training advice has been absolutely invaluable throughout our journey. We've picked up numerous practical tips that we've successfully implemented, making a real difference to our puppies' development and behaviour. We've really benefited from her approach in the one-to-one sessions, whether these are in the house or out on walks, we get to see her advice in action which makes the learning more effective for us and the dogs. One of the most helpful aspects is Georgina's follow-up after each session which provide detailed notes and links to the things discussed. Georgina has a natural way with dogs, and our puppies trust her and genuinely love working with her. They love the games, training techniques and behavioural methods she introduces and watching her model these help us to continue to work effectively between sessions. All in all we feel Georgina has been a lifesaver. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, caring and effective dog trainer we would wholeheartedly recommend Planet Dog and Georgina's services
Georgina has been invaluable in her help and support. We were first time dog owners and honestly had no idea what we were doing. She is worth every penny to help us understand our dogs needs and train him appropriately. Honestly couldn’t have coped without her and can’t recommend highly enough!!
My two year old rescue dog from Romania was a bit of a handful. Georgina has been immensely helpful. With just a few sessions of training US in how to train him, we now hopefully have the tools to help him with his best life. Thanks so much Georgina.
We've worked with Georgina a few times since getting our puppy and she's been great every time. She's clearly brilliant with dogs and really cares for them. Has given us a few tips, insights and various bits of advice that have been absolutely pivotal to our puppy's development and our sanity! Highly recommend, especially given Georgina's pricing is super reasonable.

Stephen has been a HUGE help with training and guiding us to train our Cavapoo Pluto! He has so much knowledge and a massive amount of passion for what he does...and this was very clear to see when he interacted with Pluto. We are first time dog owners and Stephen made us feel completely at ease and explained everything so clearly and in a very acceptable way for us. His training and tips have been invaluable and I would highly recommend him...thank you Stephen!
We have been using Stephen’s excellent training for about 10 sessions for our Labrador puppy. We had already put the basics in place at home - she is particularly good at recall and heeling - but we needed to be able to control her excitability when meeting other dogs and people when on the lead outside home, when all the training seemed to disappear. We are of the older generation and were finding her strength unmanageable when pulling towards other dogs and people and were as a result becoming anxious and avoiding going to busier places. This is where Stephen came in. He is a very calming experienced trainer with lots of common sense and insight into dog behaviour and needs and who immediately clicks in with dogs and owners straightaway making the training highly positive and enjoyable. We now have, thanks to Stephen, a much calmer dog and we also are not so worried about meeting other dogs on walks or even in the street, as he has equipped us to cope with any circumstance. He also keeps in touch helping you between sessions with what you are working on with your puppy and enforcing what he has taught you in the one hour sessions which is very useful. Our kind of over-excitable strong puppy tends not do well in group puppy classes which unfortunately means you end up with a feeling of inadequacy as your dog is too excitable to cope. We were getting worried we wouldn’t be able to keep her - that we had chosen a dog much to strong for us, even though we are fit for our age. These types of dog are so much better treated as individuals by an expert trainer, and Stephen is the perfect ‘Dog Whisperer!’. We are now in a great relationship with our lovely intelligent 10 month puppy who is very well trained and relaxed and every day there is another breakthrough. People are amazed that she behaves so well and is so calm at her young age. Only today I got her back from other dogs and a group of horses and the riders thanked me. I felt a real flush of pride! We cannot recommend Stephen more highly! Thankyou Stephen.
Have had 2 sessions with Stephen, and the difference in Dave (my rottweiler) is amazing. He has given me so much more confidence with training Dave and would recommend him to anyone. Absolutely amazing.
We have had a fantastic experience with Stephen who came to help us with our Cavapoo Larkin. Stephen was knowledgeable and observant and he really grappled with the situation. He made some recommendations which we have followed and we are seeing great improvements. Thanks Stephen and Sprint Dog Training. From The Ford Family & Larkin.
As a first time puppy owner, I think classes with Stephen should be compulsory! He has been nothing but amazing with my dog Millie. I called Stephen as I was at my wits end and really anxious about my dog’s behaviour. Stephen made space to see me the same day and restored complete confidence in me being able to train my puppy properly. We did 2 sessions and it was night and day for Millie and for me. Stephen was patient, calm, non judgey, it was an incredible experience.

Problem Pet Solutions are my number 1 go-to for behaviour advice. I am a first time dog owner and have needed so much guidance along the way. Claire is super qualified and so knowledgeable, and she’s always ready with answers and an action plan. Wouldn’t be without her.
Claire has been an absoloute life saver! We've seen a number of different trainers for our reactive doberman Milo, but nothing else has really seemed to make a difference. With Claire's advice and training plan, he's improved leaps and bounds! We're finally having guests around the house again and our walks are so much less stressful than they used to be! Would 100% reccomend Claire to anyone who's struggling with their dogs behaviour.
Claire has been absolutely amazing throughout our whole experience. Our vet recommended contacting a pet behaviourist as 2 of our 4 cats began urinating in the house. After reading reviews like this myself, I chose to work with Claire as she offers a wealth of information and advice in the kindest, calmest manner. She helped me to understand the circumstance from our cats' point of view and made suggestions at every step for how to tailor techniques to each individual. It's been a long process with trial and error to find what works for each cat, but Claire always had another option to try and never gave up on them. As well as helping our cats, Claire was very good at reassuring and encouraging me!
We were referred to Claire by our vet, we were very impressed with her knowledge, she put us at ease and was great with our dog. Claire helped us with our girl's reactivity, which has greatly improved and we feel confident in what we are doing now after her expert advice and in turn our dog has become a happier girl. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Claire
When we adopted Hamish, he began to show some significant signs of discontent with us and with his surroundings - he was aggressive towards one of us and was guarding the other… along with a collection of other challenges. We were put in touch with Claire and immediately felt we were on the right path. Claire took time to understand Hamish, to understand us and to slowly piece together what was happening for him. Then came a brilliant plan of action to support him and bring a feeling of safety to his world. We had practical activities and advice, some relaxation protocols and regular support when we needed it. Claire brings a calmness to what was quite an overwhelming situation for Hamish (and us), lots of useful, accurate advice and a good dose of warmth and humour too. We got zero judgement, just a mountain of empathy and time to unlock what was going on for him. The proof of course is in the pudding - and Hamish is a different little boy now. He loves cuddles, he’s calmer, he has routine, he has a chill out space at home so that he can “unstack” and he’s on that path to being happy and safe in his new home. We’ve still got to continue the work with him as these things can’t be fixed in a matter of days - and we’re confident that we have everything we need to be able to do that - all thanks to Claire. If you are looking for any support with canine behaviour etc - I wholeheartedly recommend Claire. She’s changed Hamish’s life for the better. Claire - I don’t think ‘thank you’ is enough!

Justyna provided us with great insight into how to train our dog, Sissy. Sissy suffers from separation anxiety and had poor recall. Giving us tips, information and explaining the background of these issues has helped us enormously. We can let Sissy off the lead now, and she is growing more tolerant of our being away for increasingly longer periods of time - without getting upset!
Came to Justyna for advice on my Australian Shepherd puppy, she was reassuring, helpful and great fun. My pup has made great progress and we love the 'walk and train' group sessions working around distractions.
We cannot recommend Justyna highly enough! She has guided us through the complex needs of our reactive boy and more recently has been instrumental in helping us raise a well-rounded, confident puppy. Her expertise and compassionate approach have ensured that we can live a calm, happy life with both our dogs. Her tailored training methods have made a huge difference. Whether it's building confidence, improving behaviour, or us understanding our dogs better, she has been incredible every step of the way. Thank you!
Justyna has been a fantastic trainer in helping us to understand our puppy and we have seen huge changes in his behaviour. She is incredibly knowledgable and is always available if we have questions or are looking for recommendations. We attended the puppy walk and train classes weekly too which our dog loves. I absolutely recommend positive impact to anyone looking for a highly experienced trainer!
We booked the 1:1 puppy package for our staffie. We benefit from Justyna's approach. She loves her dogs and knows how to get the best out of them. She gives honest advice, based on the breed, the environment and us as owners. We have also taken part in puppy group sessions which takes us to different places, meeting other dogs and owners, learning new things and putting into practice those previously learnt skills and behaviours. We love our time with Justyna.

Jo is absolutely amazing! She has a deep understanding of canine behavior and was incredibly knowledgeable about why dogs act the way they do. We have a rescue street dog from Cyprus, and it was immediately clear that Jo truly knows her stuff. Our main concern was Rufus’s recall, which we’d been struggling with. Jo explained a technique for us to use, and we got started. Just three weeks later, the results have been incredible, we honestly can’t believe how effective it’s been. What we also really appreciated was that there was no pressure at all to book further sessions. Jo was focused entirely on helping us succeed, not on selling anything. That said, we’ll definitely be asking for her support again in other areas. This has been worth every penny, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jo to anyone needing help with their dog.
Jo came to visit me and my dogs as I was having problems after we had a bad experience with another dog scaring them both on a walk. My younger dog started to suffer from anxiety attacks to the point where I could not walk out of the house with him on a lead as he would just melt into the ground, shaking in fear. Other behaviour started to appear as he suffered an anxiety breakdown. My dogs are both well trained and healthy and I did not know how to move forward with this situation. Jo was recommended to me by several friends and after talking with Jo I felt confident we could move on with her expertise and experience. After just 5 days if implementing a program to address the issues we were experiencing I am excited to say I and once again walking out with both dogs. It’s early days and we are taking things slowly but I already have a much happier dog who’s anxious symptoms are showing up less as he regains his confidence. I would highly recommend Jo to anyone who is experiencing behaviour problems with their dogs. She knows her stuff when it comes to dogs. Thanks for your help Jo 🥰🐾🐾🐾🐾
We worked with Jo to help our very nervous Romanian rescue and we learned SO much. Jo’s extensive experience is immediately apparent and her qualifications and vast knowledge of canine instinct makes her second to none. The advice she gave us along with the program she devised for our specific issues has given our little dog a much more varied, enriched and happy life and we’re very grateful we found Jo.
We have had the privilege of training with Jo for the last 5 months. We have just completed levels 1-3 puppy training with our now 8 month old miniature dachshund Marley. We also had a 1-2-1 session to support Marley further at home. The classes are structured brilliantly to ensure a wide range of topics are covered. Each session is well supported with videos to refer to for practicing at home, which is so helpful to feel supported outside of the sessions. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience, found it so rewarding and learnt so much. I honestly don’t know how I would have coped without Jo’s expertise. Jo is highly experienced and passionate in delivering positive training methods whilst giving our dogs a voice. I feel I know Marley inside and out now and can be a really strong advocate for him. Thank you Jo for being so inspiring, I feel very lucky that Marley has had such a positive start in life! Thank you for giving me the confidence to handle our pup and support him during these early days! Looking forward to joining you for some scent work in the future!
Jo Crawford of My-Dog-Sussex amazing! My Border Collie and I have today completed 16 weeks of training with Jo which has been incredibly rewarding, interesting, positive and thoroughly enjoyable. Jo’s knowledge of positive training methods, behaviour, nutrition and so much more will give any owner and their dogs such a great start and so many different things to take into future training with your dogs. It’s just so refreshing as my previous dogs have all been to classes which often seemed quite punitive in nature. Fantastic give it a go.
