Beth was great with my puppy, he came home happy and content and clearly had a nice time. Beth sent me lots of videos and pictures and reassured me as was the longest I’ve left him.

Beth is the loveliest person nothing is ever any bother, my dog absolutely loves her and going on walks with her she’s amazing, reasonably priced compared to most other dog walkers! Highly recommend her services to anyone who has a dog ☺️

I took my timid, small Australian Labradoodle to Tracy for her first Holistic Groom. We had already visited prior to this, so she could feel comfortable in the room, which was so relaxing and filled with calming scent and therapeutic music Tracy was amazing with her and the cut was just as I’d asked, there was even time for a play in the back garden, before I collected her. Tracy is so caring and passionate about everything she does and it’s very reassuring to know Millie is in her capable hands 🐾

Gwennie had been home groomed for a while as she is rather nervous with people touching her paws and face. I opted for Henry & me as Tracey specialises in nervous dogs. Gwennie was also rather knotty so I was also rather nervous taking her. Tracey was amazing, calm, relaxing and so loving. We had a meet and explore first then the appointment. When I picked Gwennie up from her groom she was so happy playing with Tracey and having lots of fun . He coat looks fabulous. I would highly recommend "Henry & me Dog Traing & Grooming .

Meg enjoyed a lovely spa treatment, Reiki session and groom with Tracy. She had a lovely time and came back looking and smelling amazing! Tracy was great with her and took her time as it was Meg’s first time with her. The room was air conditioned as it was a hot day and the smell of essential oils and calming music really made the whole experience for Meg as relaxing as possible. She spend the rest of the day fast asleep! We will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you xx

Brilliant puppy training classes that are truly dog centred and really help to strengthen the bond with your dog. We loved that it was all games based and that you build up a little handbook of the games to refer back to. Tracy is a wonderful, patient trainer who really cares about each individual dog and owner. Thoroughly recommend these classes - our puppy, Scout, could not wait to go in each week.

I wish I could give Poppy more than 5 stars! She is a fantastic dog trainer and has helped me with multiple challenges. My dog is reactive to dogs and some people, but Poppy was able to win her trust early on and she adores her now. Poppy is able to break down solutions to problems into bitesize chunks and makes the overwhelming feel totally manageable. We always feel boosted and optimistic after seeing her. Thank you Poppy 🥰

I would highly recommend Poppy for dog training and behaviours. She has given us the tools and support with Dexter and has completely changed our dog walking experience with his short and long lead etiquette, we’ve seen such an amazing transformation. Through positive rewards and commands, he is happily trotting beside us. Even his greetings with other dogs are so much more enjoyable. Poppy came to help us train our German shorthaired pointer puppy Beretta. Knowing this breed is high energy and can be a handful we knew we had to find someone to help Beretta learn the right tools to become his best self, and poppy definitely delivered! She was so amazing from the offset not only for beretta but for me and my partner too and helping us know and learn what we needed to do to be able to give beretta the best chances of success. She’s really changed the way we view dogs behaviours and training techniques as a whole. We really couldn’t recommend her enough. Would highly recommend Poppy to anyone who’s looking for dog training and behavioural guidance. Poppy has really helped and shaped our lovely dog Wilfie. Poppy offered us really a bespoke plan to help with some challenges we faced with Wilfie when he was a puppy. We worked with Poppy for a number of months and found her training style and advice perfect for us and our dog. Years later we’ve kept in touch and still get advice and support when needed. If you’re looking for a progressive and positive dog trainer then Poppy is the best in Portsmouth and Hampshire.

If you are thinking of getting a dog or have a dog that misbehaves getting in contact with Poppy is a must. I bought a Jack Russell puppy without my partner knowing as I have always wanted my own dog, I have only had a family dogs whilst growing up. He was not keen on having a dog and said he has only ever experienced horrible, yappy Jacks (I didn't know this before buying Dottie!). When Dottie was roughly 4months old we paid for 1 to 1 lessons with Poppy. Poppy taught us how to teach Dottie commands such as sit, wait, stay, no game, leave etc. Specifically teaching us how to implement, understand and reward good behaviour whilst helping us understand Dottie's body language in different circumstances. Dottie's re-call and off lead walking wouldn't be as good as it is now, if it wasn't for Poppy's training. After each 1to1 Poppy would send things for us to practice with Dottie which was great and kept Dottie learning new things. Poppy also did tailored lessons when Dottie was a little bit older to prevent her from barking at the neighbour cat in the garden. Dottie is now 4 years old and we still use the cues and training techniques that we learnt from Poppy. It really has made her the well-natured, social, gentle dog she is, whilst keeping her Jack Russell personality. Juliet came to see our adopted staff Storm for 1-2-1 behaviour training and she gave us a lot of reassurance and great tips on how to correct small parts of the dogs behaviour as well as handy leaflets for other future training we want to practice and a great recipe for a treats cake that the dog is absolutely in love with. Juliet stayed until Storm and myself were making good progress and I was confident in what I had to do. Happy to recommend Juliet to anyone needing help :)

Started off in the puppy class, and have worked through and have just received our Gold award, Juliet and her team have worked very hard to get us through, it’s not only the dogs which require training but also us humans need to be shown how to train our dogs properly, all I can say is thank you have really enjoyed all the sessions , the whole team are friendly and always on hand to help.

Take our puppy to their classes and they are very well run and informative. Well worth the money. The staff are great and always make time to chat about concerns or reassure us we are doing the right things etc. Highly recommend!
