Jamie came to us a week ago and was brilliant. I had problems with a few things but the main one was toilet training. He talked me through and we had a training session. Now, one week later my dog is toilet trained. I cannot recommend this person highly enough and will be keeping in touch for any future problems. If you are struggling with Puppy/Dog training then this is for you.
Jamie is phenomenal. He gave me such generous and solid advice, and just hearing his perspective on our dog's behavior has already done so much and brought about such positive change for our dog and for us. I'm really grateful and look forward to working with Jamie in future!
Uptown Dogs become an extension of your family very quickly. Jamie and Ludmila are exceptional. They care for my family pup deeply and go the extra mile to make sure he is well looked after. The walks are just one part of what they do — they are always happy to share advice and tips so that our pup thrives. This is a rare duo. We are grateful to have them in our lives.
More than just a dog trainer! We’ve had so much advice and guidance in such a short period of time, from people who genuinely understand, have huge experience and care. Our 15 week old puppy is calm and listening to our instructions really well. We’ve been taught great techniques. Highly recommend using Up Town dogs.
We have had a super positive experience with Jamie. We had an initial phone call with him soon after our pup came home, several 1 on 1 training sessions and lots of follow ups via WhatsApp. Jamie has been super helpful in all elements of new puppy ownership that extends far beyond skills training, his advice has been invaluable in understanding our pups behaviour too. He gives you genuine honest advice and also prompts you to think about your own actions/role in why your pup might be behaving a certain way. Would highly recommend to anyone! Katherine & Hugh

I am truly grateful for the incredible gift Agnes shared with me. Her ability to connect with animals on such a deep and intuitive level is truly extraordinary. While I was speaking with Agnes about my beloved dog Rex who passed away few years back, I was moved beyond words when Agnes could feel his presence surrounding us. What happened next was something I didn’t expect. She channeled a message from Rex- with such clarity, compassion and warmth- that touched something deep within me. I could feel love so clearly that all the pain I’d been holding onto simply began to melt away. That day I received an incredible gift. What Agnes offered me is so much more than communication: it’s emotional liberation, spiritual connection and unconditional love, all wrapped in a presence that is deeply safe and grounded. THANK YOU, my dear Agnes! You are a healer, a guide, a bridge between hearts.
Working with Agnes has been one of the most beautiful experiences—for both me and my dog, Max. We were on a journey to support Max through his grief, as he had been carrying so much since the loss of my husband. What Agnes offered wasn’t just healing—it was deep, soulful connection. She communicated with Max in a way I’ve never witnessed before. She truly saw him. Understood him. And helped me understand him too. That meant the world to me. Since our sessions, Max has become more affectionate, more at peace, and so much lighter in his energy. I could feel the shift in him—he seemed genuinely happier and calmer. He’s always been my comfort through grief, and now I feel like I’ve finally been able to give something back to him. Supporting his emotional wellbeing was the best gift I could give, and I’m deeply grateful I found Agnes. If your dog is going through emotional pain, or if you simply want to connect more deeply with them, I can’t recommend Agnes enough. She doesn’t just work with animals—she honours the love and bond that exists between them and us.
Working with Agnes has been, without a doubt, one of the most rewarding and transformative experiences of our lives. We enrolled our now 5-month-old maltipoo girl, Tia, in her 8-week training program, and what we gained was so much more than obedience training – it was a deep, beautiful bond with our puppy and an education in compassionate, intuitive dog parenting. From day one, Agnes made it her mission to understand Tia on a personal level. Her approach is not one-size-fits-all – she truly tailors every aspect of her program to the dog’s personality, energy, and needs. She got to know Tia as if she were her own, and designed a plan that nurtured her confidence while gently guiding her behavior. But what truly sets Agnes apart is that she doesn’t just train dogs – she trains people. As first-time dog owners, my husband and I were overwhelmed, but Agnes patiently guided us, answering every question, calming every worry, and helping us understand Tia in a way that changed everything. We are different people because of her – more confident, more connected, and so much more in tune with our dog. The relationship we now share with Tia is one we wouldn’t have known how to build without Agnes. On top of all this, Agnes brings a holistic touch to her work that is rare and powerful. She incorporated Bach flower remedies to help with Tia’s anxiety and restlessness, and the improvement has been both visible and heartwarming. Her knowledge, dedication, and care go beyond the surface – she addresses the emotional and energetic well-being of your pup in a way that feels deeply healing. Agnes is not just a dog trainer. She is a true healer, teacher, friend and a guide – someone who has forever changed our lives and helped us give Tia the best, most loving start in life. We are endlessly grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone who wants to not just “train” their dog, but to truly understand and connect with them. Thank you, Agnes. You are magic. We love you!
** Update** after a few more sessions with Agnes she is even better! Her skin is a lovely baby pink, showing she's healing, and her face is much better too. She doesn't lick or bite half as much as she used to and also seems much happier in herself again! I am so happy with how she's progressed and wanted to thank Agnes again for being such a wonderful person 🙏🏼 💗 🙏🏼 💗 I wanted to share the progress my American bulldog Dakota has made since starting work with the wonderful Agnes. Many people don't believe in what she does and won't even give her a chance but I want to share my personal experience with her and encourage those with an open mind to reach out to her. We first had a chat about Dakotas history and what I thought was the cause. Agnes then explained that she is an energy healer and told me a little bit about what she does. I don't pretend to know how it works but I can tell you that throughout the process we went from treating it as an allergy caused by certain foods and environmental issues to the possibility that she was reacting to me leaving her and the rain causes her a lot of stress. I was guided through using Bach remedies to help ease her stress and changing my mindset about what is affecting Dakota. Before help from Agnes I would never have thought that she had separation anxiety as she tended to curl up in a ball and sleep but also bit and licks herself, which she doesn't do massively when I am with her. With separation anxiety I always believed that it was shown by a dog destroying the house and whining rather than scratching and licking themselves. I do believe that she still also suffers with environmental allergies and sensitivity to certain foods but in making a few changes and acknowledging that she isn't as happy as I thought she was when being left alone, I have definitely seen improvements with her. I have attached some photos of her before help from Agnes and some from now. She still has a way to go as she was on apoquel for almost 5 years, masking her issues but we are definitely heading in the right direction. I would recommend that anyone with an open mind who has tried lots of other methods to get in touch with Agnes. She is such a lovely person to work with and very highly intuitive. She got Dakotas character down perfectly without me telling her what she was like. I honestly can't thank this wonderful lady enough for helping me through some very up and down weeks with my girl ❤️🥰🙏🐾
I can't praise Agnes enough for everything she has done for both my dogs. My greyhound, Blue, came to me aged 3 after being retired from racing. He settled in quite well to house life but was absolutely terrified of fireworks and thunderstorms. I had tried calming supplements and thunderstorms coats but nothing seemed to help. Agnes was already helping me with my other dog with skin allergies, so had offered to work with Blue too. Agnes is amazingly intuitive with everything she does and immediately was able to tell me a lot about his personality. She continued to work with him over a few weeks and there was a huge improvement! I was dreading new years eve, knowing that there would be continued noise for over 10 minutes but after a very brief whine and circling, he settled in his bed for the duration of the fireworks. Hopefully I have attached some photos of him laying quietly in his bed with a screenshot showing the date and time so the fireworks would have been in fulls swing. I have definitely noticed a big difference with his behaviour and his energy is much more relaxed since his sessions. I can't thank Agnes enough for helping me with her wonderful healing ability and would highly recommend her to anyone with fearful, reactive dogs.

Nigel’s bespoke approach totally transformed the way we understand our dog and the easy to follow techniques have led to our dog being much calmer, more content and less anxious. Nigel is clearly an expert at what he does and gave us the tools and language to resolve the issues we were having and we saw almost instant results. Over the weeks the improvements continued and Nigel was there to support us through this process. I would highly recommend Nigel, he was brilliant and the positive impact on our dog has been game changing!
Meeting with Nigel was amazing! He assessed our young puppy and helped us understand the causes of certain undesirable behaviors and how we should address them. His approach is very intelligent, not just one rule for everything, and he considers the nuances of specific situations as well as our puppy’s individual needs. He’s definitely given us the confidence to train our puppy appropriately, and we’ve already seen incredible improvements in our puppy’s behavior! We’re really excited to continue speaking with Nigel, as he’s genuinely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. We’re over the moon that we enlisted him for help, and highly, highly recommend him and his training approach!
Nigel was everything his reviews lived up to and more. We have a 10 week old puppy and wanted to make sure we were making the right decisions and not setting ourselves up for failure further down the line. We’d read all the books, listened to all the podcasts and watched all the YouTube videos. But real life has a funny way of not going the same way, doesn’t it? So we decided to get in touch with Nigel. His approach just immediately felt right. He was professional and nonjudgmental. He knew straight away the things we needed to work on. As he explained his process and guided us through his methods, everything clicked into place. And from that moment on we’ve felt like much better dog owners because of it. Our puppy is calmer, more confident and happier. And honestly it’s all because we are now calmer, more confident and happier. Nigel might have come to teach the puppy. But really he taught us. He is definitely the dog trainer you’re looking for.
When I contacted Nigel I was at the end of myself with Toffee. My Labrador was attacking other dogs and I was scared to leave the house. Nigel came and was a breath of fresh air. He was sensible kind and quite simply his methods work. In 2 lessons toffee was a changed dog and he showed me workable methods to change her behaviour. He transformed our whole life with toffee and we are all just so grateful to him. Our family could not recommend him enough. It was a complete game changer. Thanks so much Nigel.
Our session with Nigel was excellent. We booked him to come and help with our beloved French Bulldogs who have been quite unsettled after a house move and various major shifts in our routine. His approach is smart, straight forward, and based on simple principles which felt intuitive and easy to follow. Beside from all the intriguing theory and animal behaviour psychology, Nigel’s practical approach is excellent. Watching him get our dogs walking at heel, after years of increasingly chaotic lead-pulling, was quite a revelation. And then showing us how to help our dogs stop behaving anxiously and aggressively around noisy appliances was another practical example of how effective his approach is. I would absolutely recommend Dog Training in London with Nigel Reed The Dog Guardian to anybody looking to simply learn more about their animals, or really address serious issues with their pooch(es).

Georgie had a full assessment with Antonella last year, and has since had three one on one lessons also. He has spina bifida which means his tail doesn’t work and this has caused him to be very fearful of other dogs that run towards his back. Antonella is very knowledgeable, has taught us a lot of different ways to manage his fear aggression, and she makes you feel very comfortable. We are now going to sign Georgie up for her intermediate classes, as he is now ready to join those after his one to one sessions. Antonella’s advice has really helped us to manage Georgie’s anxieties and fear in central london. Thank you Antonella and Simon ⭐️
The name says it all. Antonella and Simon foster holistic thriving in our canines, including emotionally, mentally and physically. Since enjoying regular sessions with Antonella, my eight yr old chihuahua Coco has just absolutely blossomed. He has gone from 5.1kg just this past January to a much healthier weight of 3.7kg. Antonella has caused Coco to be more confident and athletic with her steady, behavioural insights, introducing games to stimulate Coco’s natural need for mental stimulations. He is now a fit, happy, confident chihuahua and continues to learn new skills. Antonella also runs incredible workshops for new puppy owners, including children, and it’s truly a joy to watch her joy in teaching others how to train with empathy and purpose. I am so thrilled that Coco and I have had the privilege to receive such amazing coaching, and our relationship (Coco and mine) continues to reap the benefits of her practice. TWELVE STARS!!!
We love the Animal Wellbeing Centre! Antonella and her team are fantastic with never ending help and guidance. We have known Antonella for several years but only recently got a puppy of our own and we don’t know what we’d have done without her help! We have done puppy training sessions which were fantastic and are now in the intermediate classes and have done several private classes too. Classes are small with Antonella and Claudia helping and guiding each pup (or more importantly, owner!). All absolutely fantastic and couldn’t recommend more highly.
Antonella and the team at Animal Wellbeing Centre have been wonderful trainers for both my puppy and me! Attending classes is the peak of our week. Sessions are always informative, tailored to dog's needs, and highly enjoyable. My pup is an extremely energetic and excitable Staffy, and they've guided me to confidently work with and embrace his character. I can only positively recommend AWC for their friendly and knowledgeable expertise.
I am so glad I came across Animal Wellbeing Centre when I first got my puppy, Bernie, as they have been absolutely fabulous with their training and advice. Bernie (my miniature dachshund puppy) first attended classes at 12 weeks old, and it quickly became the highlight of our week! He loved the classes and the trainers and I found the sessions fun, informative, and personalised. Antonella has been brilliant with communication ever since, and has helped me with various concerns of mine. Claudia and Magda are also lovely people and great trainers with plenty of knowledge to share. I would (and do!) thoroughly recommend Animal Wellbeing Centre.

Emily was brilliant. We had 2 consultations with her for our rescue dog (3 years old) who had several behavioural issues like barking, pulling on the lead and struggling to regulate emotions. From the moment Emily entered our house, she was giving us practical tips on dealing with our dog’s behaviours that we needed help with. Emily started off by introducing us to the basics of dog psychology which made it soo much easier to understand specific behaviours and why the dog acts in a specific way. Her practical exercises were incredible - we saw results straight away. I would recommend Emily to anyone!
We’ve had two sessions with Emily so far, and we’re incredibly grateful for her guidance. She’s helped us better understand our dog’s needs and given us clear, practical advice on how to respond in situations where our dog Gigi tends to take on too much responsibility. Her approach has made a real difference—by helping our dog relax and not feel the need to be “in charge,” we’ve already seen improvements in behavior, especially around resource guarding. The changes were noticeable almost immediately, and things have continued to improve over the past couple of weeks. Emily is knowledgeable, compassionate, and really tuned in to both Gigi and us. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for meaningful, lasting support in improving their relationship with their dog!
Emily has been incredible and I would put her in the category of a dog whisperer! She is helping us with Zoya, our Lovely cavapoochon Who has a few behavioural problems? On our first session she gave us some very simple tips that once we put them into practice , have actually worked very quickly. We’ve seen other behaviourists in the past but with no success. Emily is very thorough and informative. She also Sends you notes about what you had discussed in the session, so in the event of you forgetting you can always refer back to them . After one session with Emily we could see changes in Zoya our lovely cavapoochon which we are still continuing to work on . Emily is a lovely person to work with, and I would recommend her to all my friends.
I had just one session with Emily and it made a huge difference in how I manage my dog’s behavior. Emily provided clear, practical strategies that helped me feel more confident and in control. She was incredibly supportive and we went through both theory and practical skills within the session - making it easier to implement boundaries whilst understanding the reasoning behind each move. Walks are already more relaxed, and there are plenty of follow-up resources with detailed pointers. Highly recommended!
