I am truly grateful for the incredible gift Agnes shared with me. Her ability to connect with animals on such a deep and intuitive level is truly extraordinary. While I was speaking with Agnes about my beloved dog Rex who passed away few years back, I was moved beyond words when Agnes could feel his presence surrounding us. What happened next was something I didn’t expect. She channeled a message from Rex- with such clarity, compassion and warmth- that touched something deep within me. I could feel love so clearly that all the pain I’d been holding onto simply began to melt away. That day I received an incredible gift. What Agnes offered me is so much more than communication: it’s emotional liberation, spiritual connection and unconditional love, all wrapped in a presence that is deeply safe and grounded. THANK YOU, my dear Agnes! You are a healer, a guide, a bridge between hearts.
Working with Agnes has been one of the most beautiful experiences—for both me and my dog, Max. We were on a journey to support Max through his grief, as he had been carrying so much since the loss of my husband. What Agnes offered wasn’t just healing—it was deep, soulful connection. She communicated with Max in a way I’ve never witnessed before. She truly saw him. Understood him. And helped me understand him too. That meant the world to me. Since our sessions, Max has become more affectionate, more at peace, and so much lighter in his energy. I could feel the shift in him—he seemed genuinely happier and calmer. He’s always been my comfort through grief, and now I feel like I’ve finally been able to give something back to him. Supporting his emotional wellbeing was the best gift I could give, and I’m deeply grateful I found Agnes. If your dog is going through emotional pain, or if you simply want to connect more deeply with them, I can’t recommend Agnes enough. She doesn’t just work with animals—she honours the love and bond that exists between them and us.
Working with Agnes has been, without a doubt, one of the most rewarding and transformative experiences of our lives. We enrolled our now 5-month-old maltipoo girl, Tia, in her 8-week training program, and what we gained was so much more than obedience training – it was a deep, beautiful bond with our puppy and an education in compassionate, intuitive dog parenting. From day one, Agnes made it her mission to understand Tia on a personal level. Her approach is not one-size-fits-all – she truly tailors every aspect of her program to the dog’s personality, energy, and needs. She got to know Tia as if she were her own, and designed a plan that nurtured her confidence while gently guiding her behavior. But what truly sets Agnes apart is that she doesn’t just train dogs – she trains people. As first-time dog owners, my husband and I were overwhelmed, but Agnes patiently guided us, answering every question, calming every worry, and helping us understand Tia in a way that changed everything. We are different people because of her – more confident, more connected, and so much more in tune with our dog. The relationship we now share with Tia is one we wouldn’t have known how to build without Agnes. On top of all this, Agnes brings a holistic touch to her work that is rare and powerful. She incorporated Bach flower remedies to help with Tia’s anxiety and restlessness, and the improvement has been both visible and heartwarming. Her knowledge, dedication, and care go beyond the surface – she addresses the emotional and energetic well-being of your pup in a way that feels deeply healing. Agnes is not just a dog trainer. She is a true healer, teacher, friend and a guide – someone who has forever changed our lives and helped us give Tia the best, most loving start in life. We are endlessly grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone who wants to not just “train” their dog, but to truly understand and connect with them. Thank you, Agnes. You are magic. We love you!
** Update** after a few more sessions with Agnes she is even better! Her skin is a lovely baby pink, showing she's healing, and her face is much better too. She doesn't lick or bite half as much as she used to and also seems much happier in herself again! I am so happy with how she's progressed and wanted to thank Agnes again for being such a wonderful person 🙏🏼 💗 🙏🏼 💗 I wanted to share the progress my American bulldog Dakota has made since starting work with the wonderful Agnes. Many people don't believe in what she does and won't even give her a chance but I want to share my personal experience with her and encourage those with an open mind to reach out to her. We first had a chat about Dakotas history and what I thought was the cause. Agnes then explained that she is an energy healer and told me a little bit about what she does. I don't pretend to know how it works but I can tell you that throughout the process we went from treating it as an allergy caused by certain foods and environmental issues to the possibility that she was reacting to me leaving her and the rain causes her a lot of stress. I was guided through using Bach remedies to help ease her stress and changing my mindset about what is affecting Dakota. Before help from Agnes I would never have thought that she had separation anxiety as she tended to curl up in a ball and sleep but also bit and licks herself, which she doesn't do massively when I am with her. With separation anxiety I always believed that it was shown by a dog destroying the house and whining rather than scratching and licking themselves. I do believe that she still also suffers with environmental allergies and sensitivity to certain foods but in making a few changes and acknowledging that she isn't as happy as I thought she was when being left alone, I have definitely seen improvements with her. I have attached some photos of her before help from Agnes and some from now. She still has a way to go as she was on apoquel for almost 5 years, masking her issues but we are definitely heading in the right direction. I would recommend that anyone with an open mind who has tried lots of other methods to get in touch with Agnes. She is such a lovely person to work with and very highly intuitive. She got Dakotas character down perfectly without me telling her what she was like. I honestly can't thank this wonderful lady enough for helping me through some very up and down weeks with my girl ❤️🥰🙏🐾
I can't praise Agnes enough for everything she has done for both my dogs. My greyhound, Blue, came to me aged 3 after being retired from racing. He settled in quite well to house life but was absolutely terrified of fireworks and thunderstorms. I had tried calming supplements and thunderstorms coats but nothing seemed to help. Agnes was already helping me with my other dog with skin allergies, so had offered to work with Blue too. Agnes is amazingly intuitive with everything she does and immediately was able to tell me a lot about his personality. She continued to work with him over a few weeks and there was a huge improvement! I was dreading new years eve, knowing that there would be continued noise for over 10 minutes but after a very brief whine and circling, he settled in his bed for the duration of the fireworks. Hopefully I have attached some photos of him laying quietly in his bed with a screenshot showing the date and time so the fireworks would have been in fulls swing. I have definitely noticed a big difference with his behaviour and his energy is much more relaxed since his sessions. I can't thank Agnes enough for helping me with her wonderful healing ability and would highly recommend her to anyone with fearful, reactive dogs.

Tiri was so helpful in helping to organise the puppy yoga. We did it for a hen do - and it was the perfect start to the day! Great communication, professionally run and lovely space.
Fabulous time with the Chow Sei puppies, so cute x
It was brilliant, couldn’t recommend more!

Rebecca’s group training sessions and supporting videos are well-prepared and structured, and have been so useful for our dog! She is patient and encouraging (to both dog and owner) and clear in her instructions and guidance
I have really enjoyed Rebecca’s classes for our puppy. I have learned a lot in terms of training but she has also helped me to understand dogs’ behaviour better and how to keep them happy. My dog has made so much progress. I would highly recommend the City Dog Club!
Super Dog is a fantastic course! My puppy and I learned so much from Rebecca, who is so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. There are courses for any training level and age of dog, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly for any dog owners!
Really enjoying our training for our boisterous young golden with Rebecca - great setup and really happy to answer lots of questions outside of training classes which is super helpful!
Rebecca has been absolutely brilliant with my cocker spaniel. We have gone to foundation and intermediate classes, alongside a couple of 1:1 lessons. Next up is the beginners gun dog course. The classes have provided structure for training as well as teaching us some fun 'tricks' to keep things playful. I found the tips on how to improve loose lead walking and impulse control invaluable. I could not recommend The City Dog Club enough!

We’ve been working with Alice since our dog Nessa was a tiny puppy and I’m not sure how we could’ve managed raising her without the help of Alice! She’s taught us / Nessa very important skills such as perfect recall, and she’s been with us to help once we were struggling with some issues, and have seen real improvements after implementing her guidance. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend. AB K9 training is a game changer. Alice is the real deal. You will get results from the first lesson. Your dog will love every minute. The best bonding experience.
I couldn't recommend Alice at AB K9 Training more! We contacted her because our whippet was overly excitable around other dogs. In the park, Kiwi would be at the end of her long line, lunging, getting frustrated, and unable to listen to us. In fact, we avoided parks altogether for *seven months* before we started working with Alice. Over the last few months of training with Alice, Kiwi has made incredible progress — far beyond what we dared to imagine, and in such a short time! She is now calm and neutral around other dogs, responds well to cues, and, most importantly, is loving life in the park again. Alice is kind, caring, and patient, and it’s clear she truly loves what she does. Each session is not only effective but also fun and thoughtfully tailored to Kiwi's specific needs. Alice’s extensive knowledge and her ability to explain the 'why' behind behaviours have been so helpful in understanding Kiwi and how she reacts to the world. We genuinely look forward to every session with Alice, just saying her name will have our lazy whippet shooting out of bed at 7am. Not only have we seen a dramatic change in Kiwi, but she has also given me the confidence to handle any situation and take Kiwi anywhere. If you're struggling with any behavioural issues or just want to strengthen your bond with your dog, Alice is absolutely the person to help. Thank you so much Alice, for transforming our lives. Truly!
Alice has been with us, along our puppy journey from our first week with Maple! Her calmness and positive can - do attitude has not only helped us train, but understand Maple better. I have found that Alice really understands the dogs she works with and genuinely cares about their training. At the end of the day, our Maple loves Alice enormously (and behaves so suspiciously well for her 😂)
We have been using AB K9 Training to train our 18 month old dog for quite some time now. I think we are a little addicted to working with Alice as she makes each session so much fun and we see continual improvement with our dog, who clearly enjoys being taught new things by her. Each session is clearly explained and easy to put into practice. We receive well written, simple to follow summary notes after each training session, coupled with tutorial videos where appropriate, or when requested. Nothing is ever too much effort for Alice and her training is focused and flexible. Our dog loves working with Alice as she is an upbeat, energetic and fun person who knows how to engage brilliantly with our dog. Alice always has a caring approach with our dog and our questions are always patiently explained and/or practically demonstrated, drawing from her vast experience and knowledge. Both my family and our dog have benefited enormously from everything Alice has taught us, with a notable improvement and more skills learned/refined after every session. I really couldn't recommend Alice enough. She is professional, brilliant at explaining training theory/concepts where needed and her positive reinforcement teaching method is both gentle and caring, resulting in us having a joyous relationship with our dog. My wife and I truly feel privileged to have Alice as our trainer.

I take my corgi to doggy day care on an ad hoc basis and she absolutely loves it - all the staff are so great with the pups and I know she’s having the time of her life because if she sees staff out and about she goes mental and even tries to break in on days it’s closed! I also take her in for regular hygiene trims and the groomer always does a fab job giving her that nice corgi booty shape!
Just had our first dog groom appointment. They listened intently when I explained the specific needs of my rescue pup, Ava, who's anxious and getting used to strangers. This is absolutely crucial for an anxious pre-adolescent pup. If she's overloaded in a bunch of spaces, she becomes aggressive. The right reps and right environments mean she will thrive. Did an amazing job being careful with not overloading her, and still gave her a nice wash. Fully debriefed me on how she did, and I could tell she had a perfectly good time there once she'd settled in. Thank you team - look forward to more grooms
100% recommend DogSquad London! This is a home from home for Waffles the cavapoo. He absolutely loves going every week and gets so excited when he realises it’s Dog Squad day. The experience has been so enriching for Waffles — he’s made so many pup friends and has become so much better at interacting with other dogs. Huge credit to Charlotte — the founder — who has done an amazing job creating a homely, safe and fun space and community for the dogs. Jennie, HQ operator, and the entire Dog Squad Team are amazing too — they are so attentive and truly loving to all the dogs! They go above and beyond to make sure Waffles has a great time! Dog Squad stands out above all the other daycare companies and I couldn’t recommend them more. KJ, Waffles’ Dad.
My rescue Cockapoo Pepper (1yr) has been attending DSL for a few months and it has been the best experience. They are incredibly friendly, communicative, accommodating and understanding! We have also used the boarding service and Pepper had the best time on her mini holiday and we even received daily updates of her stay. Highly recommend 🐶
Maisie has been part of '' The Squad '' for about 18 month. Could not ask for better experience. She arrives eager to see her handlers and fuzzy mates every week! When we pick her up in the evening she's excited to see us and exhausted from her day full of fun and adventure. Love seeing how her day went in the Squad postings each day! Highly recommend Dog Squad to anyone and everyone who is looking for a great canine social experience for their pups!
