We have been training ralph with Emma for 2 months now and ralph has come such a long way with his fear based reactivity we can now enjoy walks again and we now know how to control situations if we need too. We also did settle training with Emma and we have all the training to carry on with ralph and look forward to in the future being able to take him places to eat ect. Emma is very polite and very good with ralph and gives clear instructions to follow. It was so nice to end our last session today with ralph letting u touch him! it really shows how much he has come along from our first session with u and how much help u have been 🙂. We look forward to our group class next week with u which will help ralph get used to being around other dogs thankyou so much xx
Would highly recommend Emma. She listened to my issues with Luna’s barking and fear of one dog and put in place a training plan. Weekly meets and Emma would send a summary of what we worked on and what we were focusing on for the next week. We had a whats app chat and I could send videos and update on how things were going, Emma would reply and give feedback. Lunas progress has been amazing, I can now read Luna’s body language and I now have tools in place to help me. Thank you so much Emma.
I can highly recommend Emma. She has been fantastic at helping with my young German shepherd cross, to learn to chill out and become less reactive to other dogs when out. She has some great knowledge and worked wonders with my boy. Thank you so much for all your help
Me and my border collie Brody had a great experience with Emma! She’s been a massive help with his reactivity to dogs, making sure that she built a bond with him from the first session and now he is always so exited to see her! She gives us various exercises to do prior to our next session together and I can really see a difference in his behaviour when we have been out and in training sessions! I can’t recommend her enough!!
Great experience for both owner and dog. The session were professional and friendly. Hints and tips were very clear and demonstrated well.

My dogs love build a bond and have been going regularly for a couple of years now. They enjoy the walks by the canal and the river every day and always come home tired out. I love the photo and video updates through the day too of they playing games and searching for treats. We have also attended the Saturday classes where it’s not all about training but playing games and have had some one on one training when they were pups. Sometimes they use Dexter to help train other dogs they have in which I know he loves. Thanks for being amazing and taking such good care of my crazy pair! 🥰
Our dog absolutely loves it at Build a Bond - she drags me up the steps when we get here for daycare! The staff are lovely, caring and sensible, and I feel she is very safe here. We love the report card we get when she attends detailing activities done and friends made and played with. No probs getting in touch with the staff, they are very responsive and helpful. Our dog is so happy here. She has also completed the puppy and adolescent courses which were excellent. One session I was completely overwhelmed by puppy ownership (if you know, you know!) and Emily was so kind.
We have used their daycare, dog sitting and grooming services. They always provide excellent service, the staff and very friendly and professional and our dog loves it everytime we take her.
Our dog Norbert has been going to Build a Bond since being a young puppy after being recommended by a neighbour- we wanted to socialise him with other dogs and also needed the help on days we couldn't work from home. He's much better at being left home alone now, but we still make sure he goes to Build a Bond regularly as he absolutely loves it there and drags us up the stairs to get in and see his friends! The staff all genuinely care for the dogs and keep myself and my husband updated throughout the day with pictures and videos of him having a fantastic time. If he's not his normal self or they're worried about anything, they let us know straight away and I completely trust all the staff who now know him really well. We've recently started the adolescent training programme that is ran by Paige- we think it's great value for money and the content is well thought through. The classes are kept small so that the dogs have a change to concentrate without getting too overwhelmed, and Paige is great at giving tips when Norbert isn't able to do something/we as paw-rents aren't doing it right! Please look twice at any negative reviews and consider if they could be fake, as Adrian, Paige, Tia, Josh and the other staff there all work so hard to provide a safe and fun environment for the dogs that attend.
