We have learnt so much from our puppy classes. The training has been brilliant and our puppy has really enjoyed it. We now have the skills to go forward. I highly recommend to anyone out there who has a puppy. Thank you to the lovely trainers.

Neil was an excellent help with our grumpy dachshund. A 3hr session has resulted in massive improvement within weeks of implementation. I couldn't recommend Best Behaviour K9 enough!

I had a one to one session with Neil today ralph was a totally different dog by the end of the session I no we have a lot of work to do with him but Neil's a mind of information I highly recommend very knowledgeable trainer.

Well worth every penny! Laura was fantastic training us and our dog Bonnie!! Bonnie reacted badly when on a lead, to other dogs on leads by barking. People thought she was aggressive. After 4 sessions with Laura and lots of homework it is now a pleasure walking Bonnie. Would recommend to anyone!

I can’t recommend these enough! We have Laura as our trainer who has seen our rescue pup all the way through puppy and deputy classes. Couldn’t have chosen anyone better!! Io has some behavioural issues due to his past and this school and trainers have been a blessing when giving us continuous help and advice through classes, Facebook group, WhatsApp and more. I can’t rave about them enough. If you manage to get Laura as your trainer too she’s honestly a god send. We will definitely be continuing our training with them🙏🏻

I highly recommend employing Kate as a dog trainer. She is fantastic with dogs and is amazing at breaking things down really clearly to handlers/owners. I have learnt a lot from Kate's approaches to dog training, as she has such a methodical and effective way of working.

I have just completed an online course with Kate after rescuing my dog from Street Hearts Bulgaria, for whom Kate is the patron. Knowledgeable and patient, Kate gave us simple, clear guidance, providing us the building blocks of training for a happy relationship together. We covered creating a strong bond, recall, and other useful commands as well as some fun tricks along the way. I highly recommend training with Kate and Landela Dogs!

We can highly recommend Thuli as a personalised dog trainer. We have a rescue Labrador / cross breed who has had some serious behaviour problems - most notably aggressive sounding "reactive" barking, mainly at other dogs. Thuli took time to listen to the difficulties we were having with our dog, even before we met. This was by an initial free telephone call. This gave us confidence Thuli understood the issues and would be able to help us. Another advantage is that she has a lot of experience working with rescue dogs. She has given us a number of really helpful strategies that have already made a significant difference to the behaviour of our dog (and us, her owners!).

Can't thank Kate enough for the help with my 2 year old rescue Bonnie. So far we are working on building confidence and her checking in with me, loose lead walking. Kate explains everything clearly and with patience. Would highly recommend.

Ahh, Jenny and her team were absolutely amazing! We completed the Puppy Life Skills course and, while we faced a few challenges along the way, Jenny was incredibly supportive -both during the classes and afterwards when I had some questions and concerns. Her guidance made such a difference. We’ve already booked our next set of classes and can’t wait to get started!

The training and support we’ve received from ‘People and Dogs’ has been fantastic! We’ve had the privilege of working with several of the trainers. They have all been excellent. What really stands out is their high levels of care and in-depth understanding of each individual dog. This is an organisation that really goes the extra mile to support dogs and their owners and to tailor their approach to meet individual needs. Training courses are very well structured and backed up by informative videos which are immensely helpful when practicing new skills at home. Support beyond the classes has been brilliant too. Our dog became too terrified to go on walks after she was attacked by another dog. We contacted Jenny at ‘People and Dogs’ who thoroughly assessed our dog’s needs and subsequently put us in touch with behaviourist Victoria Cooper. The guidance and support provided by Victoria and Jenny has been second to none. Our dog is happy and confident on walks again and is loving life!

We attended the Puppy Life Skills course, and we would highly recommend! All the trainers are so friendly and knowledgeable and always took the time to personalise the activities to suit each dog’s learning needs. The online app is very helpful to be able to practise at home too. Thank you People & Dogs, we have learnt so much!

Cannot recommend these enough! So far we’ve joined the life skills intermediate and graduate classes and completed the loose lead walking workshop. Friendly, insightful and fun throughout, we’ve seen a huge improvement with our puppy. All the trainers have been more than happy to answer questions and have taken the time to personalise the course to suit our dog’s learning style.

We went on the handler day course yesterday, which we started off anxious, and quite nervous about, due to Bella’s reactivity. We started the morning off working in the centre, alongside others who also had different levels of reactive dogs. This gave us more confidence in that we were not alone. Never would I have thought we would have been walking round Rother Valley in the afternoon when I started the day off. When we got there, there was so much going on, as we are now in the holidays. So lots of people, children/ adults on bikes, and jet skis. Walkers with dogs, on and off lead. Conner was calm, patient, and really knowledgable. He inserted confidence in us to be able to work through any struggles we had. We came away from today feeling like we had better handling of any situation we could come across, and able to work through this. To top it off, we came away with so much more confidence!!

I was amazed as to how every dog in this session started the beginning of the day and how they finished at the end of the day. We started at the training centre for the first part of the day: • introducing ourselves and our pooches • seeing how each dog reacted / coped with each other during various tasks Second half of the day was at Rother Valley. A very busy day with various activities on the go. Pebbles amazed me as to how she could walk past other dogs (not in our group) / other dogs walking past us while Pebbles sat and watched (not in our group) and she didn’t even blink an eyelid. No signs of aggression or reactiveness. She was so ‘chilled’. It was lovely to see how all the dogs in our group session – how they started the day and how they were at the end of the day. Just brilliant. I would love to do a session like this again, either with the same group as today or a different group.

I can't thank Connor enough. We took our 18 month Labrador; Clementine was most of the way with her training however that last 10% we were finding the most difficult - her lead pulling, ball stealing and barking at children were making an otherwise amazing dog difficult to take on walks. From the assessment, Connor was so friendly and helpful - he clocked Clem as an anxious dog straight away, something we hadn't even considered. He is super knowledgeable and could tell exactly what Clem needed to thrive - she needed us to lead the way and show her that we're here to look after her, not the other way round! I wasn't able to attend the assessment with my husband and Connor ensured to ring me in the following week to go over all the questions I had. We booked straight away onto the silver course, which includes the booster day and four training sessions. Although it can seem a little pricey at £560, it's worth every penny - we were spending far more on weekly sessions that seemed to go on and on with no real progress. Clem perhaps gets her nervous energy from me and I was anxious to leave her alone all day, but I needn't have had any worries, Connor uploaded pictures and comments throughout the day - leading to an unproductive work day for me excited for the next update!! Clementine had a ball, she loved the sessions and most of all, she loved having Connor in charge, she was finally able to relax and just be a chilled out dog. My husband and I couldn't believe the things Connor was able to get Clem to do, it was amazing to see her change in demeanor as soon as Connor took over as handler, he really understands dogs and knows exactly what to do. Throughout the next two months we tried to follow everything Connor said and we're so happy with the results. Clem is still young and excitable so although she can still be a little pully on the lead (and definitely still can't resist a ball) we know how to handle it and quickly resolve issues. It's now a joy to have our walks back whereas before I was constantly on edge that someone would chuck a ball and I'd never get her back! Her biggest change has been the barking - before she would bark whenever she felt a small child was in her space. Now, she looks to us to assess if it's something she needs to be worried about. Even when she sometimes does bark, we can quickly get the situation under control. We had been doing training sessions before with a different trainer, we used to dread going as we felt there was no structure to the lessons and no real progress. This couldn't be further from how it was with Connor - each lesson was perfectly planned and adjusted based on her progress. We had report cards at the end of each session and online learning to build upon the in person sessions. Connor was also a joy to speak to and we found ourselves really looking forward to the sessions! My advice - even if you're like us, with a dog who is most of the way there but just needs that last bit of help, this program is still really worth it. I'm not sure we'd have gotten to where we are without Connor's help. Go to the assessment and then take the advice he gives you, he won't try to upsell you things you don't need, he gives his best thoughts and no more. Thanks Connor!

We are so pleased with the progress Ralph has made during his training with Connor at Sheffield. Connor is obviously passionate about what he does and that reflects in how much Ralph has developed into a more loving and responsive dog, we have all learnt a lot. Connor worked hard to find out what we wanted from Ralph ( not just a general training package )and gave training and tips on how to achieve this. Also knowing we still have access to the online training module and are able to talk/email if we have any concerns is an added bonus. Thank you once again from Jo, Mick and Ralph 🐾

Completed our course with Connor and couldn't be more pleased. The change in Basil already is amazing and we have a continued way forward to go to establish firm boundaries. Would fully recommend this course but be prepared to put in the work at home to succeed
