Excellent customer service, staff were very accommodating. We have a nervous pet whom doesn't get on with other animals and the ladies at best paw forward toke this into consideration. The staff were very helpful and advisable. As this was our boys first time being groomed, we were a little apprehensive but the staff put our minds at easy with a message to say he was absolutely brilliant and seeing his little tail wagging on our return was lovely. A lovely experience.

Just been to have my dog's nails cut. Absolutely fantastic job. She's usually extremely stressed having this done but we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Would highly recommend 🙂

Really good puppy training classes. Learned so much and had so much fun.

When we rehomed our 2-year old Springer Spaniel we were told by his handler never to let him off the lead as he would 'just go' and would 'never learn recall'. Having known Janet for a while, I trusted her methods and ability so booked him in for a 2-part recall class. Even after the first session we saw a marked improvement. We were given a variety of tips and games to play which encouraged his reactions to coming back to us. We were given clear and concise instruction with how to handle him, as well as homework and handouts to continue the training 'at home'. Two years on and Finley is let off the lead in almost all settings, and 9 out of 10 times (sometimes the birds are just more interesting) he will come back immediately when he is called. Let's face it, he is still a Springer and Janet isn't a miracle worker! No, actually she is - because he needed just TWO sessions. Not two months, not two years, just two sessions to break the habit and re-train his behaviour - and if he needed more, Janet would've helped. Whatever your dog issue, if you're prepared to listen, and prepared to do the work with your dog - Janet will help fix it. She is understanding, she offers the correct and up to date training methods, and she will go above and beyond to help you get the best out of your dog, because she really cares.

Janet is just brilliant. We went to see her with our very nervous rescue dog and she helped so much - her classes were fun and interactive, and she was always willing to help and answer our questions even outside of class. We had even tried a training class before, which didn't work, but after Janet's class our dog's recall was brilliant!
