We approached Craig for help with our rescue dog who'd become a bit reactive after an altercation with another dog. We've had a few sessions with Craig now and he's awesome! Really nice guy and very patient. He really knows his stuff, is personable, reliable and punctual, and most importantly, we've seen a huge improvement in our dog since we started with him and this is improving week by week! Since the pandemic, we were unable to find anybody who'd actually come out and train with us out "in the field", which I think is essential for help and support with anyone with a reactive dog as your confidence goes, but Craig met us in person from the very first session onwards. Thoroughly recommend for all of your dog training and behavioural needs!

All of this for a lower fee than any other trainer I've found, with the additional benefit of offering fun-filled Holiday Care in her home, so your Doggo doesn't have to stay with strangers if you go away! Wendy will always be the go-to Trainer for my pack, and I always recommend her to anyone with a dog and the common sense to train it!

Excellent customer service, staff were very accommodating. We have a nervous pet whom doesn't get on with other animals and the ladies at best paw forward toke this into consideration. The staff were very helpful and advisable. As this was our boys first time being groomed, we were a little apprehensive but the staff put our minds at easy with a message to say he was absolutely brilliant and seeing his little tail wagging on our return was lovely. A lovely experience.

Really good puppy training classes. Learned so much and had so much fun.
When we rehomed our 2-year old Springer Spaniel we were told by his handler never to let him off the lead as he would 'just go' and would 'never learn recall'. Having known Janet for a while, I trusted her methods and ability so booked him in for a 2-part recall class. Even after the first session we saw a marked improvement. We were given a variety of tips and games to play which encouraged his reactions to coming back to us. We were given clear and concise instruction with how to handle him, as well as homework and handouts to continue the training 'at home'. Two years on and Finley is let off the lead in almost all settings, and 9 out of 10 times (sometimes the birds are just more interesting) he will come back immediately when he is called. Let's face it, he is still a Springer and Janet isn't a miracle worker! No, actually she is - because he needed just TWO sessions. Not two months, not two years, just two sessions to break the habit and re-train his behaviour - and if he needed more, Janet would've helped. Whatever your dog issue, if you're prepared to listen, and prepared to do the work with your dog - Janet will help fix it. She is understanding, she offers the correct and up to date training methods, and she will go above and beyond to help you get the best out of your dog, because she really cares.
