We rescued our Mastiff Moose in February and booked Claire for a 1 to 1 session to help us with handling our big excitable young boy on the lead. We've had 3 sessions so far and Claire has been fantastic at helping us understand Moose and she has given us lots of advice and things to work on. A very knowledgeable, calm and understanding trainer who I'd highly recommend if you need some support with your dog.
Met with Claire twice for 1-on-1 sessions with our then 6 month old Labrador to work on good walking behaviours. Claire was very thorough and gave lots of great advice which she would then email in a report for future reference. I am so pleased to say that each week Cassie (now 8.5 months) makes more and more good choices on her walks, and today's morning walk she was an absolute dream 10/10! So proud of her hard work with Claire's training, thanks Claire!
Claire is amazing and knowledgeable! I was nervous at first because our dog is HUGE and very powerful but I am so happy with results this far. Can’t wait to keep implementing what I’ve learned so far and get another 1-1 booked for outside work! Thanks so much :)
Claire gave an excellent 1st time session of over 2 hours, which I totally understood everything. With a follow up report on what her findings were for the 3 dogs, and how to move forward with their barking. I have already put some into place and can start to see a small difference already. Thank you Claire. See you in a few weeks.
We contacted Claire when our Labrador reached 13months old and going for a walk was no longer enjoyable (and often dangerous). Claire was really friendly and knowledgeable and talked us through the behaviours our dog displayed. She left us with a number of things to try which have changed his behaviour and made walking him enjoyable again. I would highly recommend Claire and we are very grateful for her help and knowledge with our dog.

Mavis absolutely loves going 😊
So glad I joined safe paws. I had such an anxious little pup who couldn't stand to be away from me, now he can't wait to get into the centre in the mornings. Really changed his life! So grateful to all the staff and everything they have done to help him. Can't recommend them enough!

We visited for the first time today and were VERY impressed by how clean and well maintained this park is, and the facilities provided for both dogs and humans (water, a bench, a shelter, bins for general waste and dog poo, and agility equipment). The surroundings are beautiful and the field is larger than we expected, and more than big enough for the saluki we were with to do full-on zoomies! The wooded areas provide welcome shade on a warm day, and it was nice to see that you have planted new trees which will enhance the area in years to come. You've thought of everything! Thank you for providing this lovely, safe space.
Has agility equipment, clean and tidy, and two picnic tables (one under cover which is good in Scotland!). Has water for the dogs too and a tall grass/tree area to do scent work or hide and seek games. Will definitely be back.
Visited to break up a long drive. We've used lots of dog fields and we really loved this one. Great secure parking spot. Medium sized and was bone dry when I visited on a sunny day. My dogs loved the wild area around the trees and reed bed. The scenery around the field is beautiful. You can hear road noise but it doesn't detract. The fence is very secure and about 8 feet tall. Perfect as there are lots of wild life scent around and my high prey drive dog was looking for an escape route. If you have a very good houdini, watch out for the pile of sleepers near the entrance.
Best dog park in the area hands down!

I would highly recommend Full Potential Coaching. Ryan was great to work with and what he offers in addition to the 1:1 PT sessions I had (e.g. Online calls, access to HubFitness classes & Client events) really added to my experience. As someone completely new to strength training, Ryan was able to guide me to achieving much more than I had anticipated, thanks to his encouragement, patience & expertise. The in-person gym used by Full Potential Coaching allowed for exclusive access to equipment & opportunities to meet other clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Full Potential Coaching - my experience was brilliant!
Best level of service I could have asked for. I highly recommend anyone who needs help on their fitness journey get in touch and you will see results
Ryan is a knowledgeable and personable PT who helped me reach my fitness goals with what felt like a really personal programme and service. Cannot recommend GPT and hubfitness enough!
Love my weekly PT sessions with Ryan. Tailored sessions to exactly what I need to reach my goals. The playlists are awesome too, Especially love our musicals sessions 😊

Finding skilled dog trainers in Bannockburn means connecting with professionals who understand the unique character of this historic Stirlingshire village. From training puppies in residential areas near Bannockburn Primary School to managing reactive dogs along the heritage trails around the Bannockburn Heritage Centre, our certified trainers deliver personalised obedience training, behaviour modification, and puppy socialisation programmes tailored to local life.
Serving Bannockburn and surrounding communities including Whins of Milton, Cowie, St Ninians, and Broomridge, we've successfully trained over 800 dogs in the Central Scotland region during the past eight years. Our expertise addresses the unique aspects of dog ownership in this area, from navigating quiet village streets to enjoying walks through nearby countryside and woodland paths.
Bannockburn presents distinct training opportunities shaped by its blend of residential development, historic sites, and proximity to rural landscapes. The village's excellent access to walking routes including the Bannock Burn waterway and paths connecting to the National Wallace Monument area provides wonderful training environments, though also means dogs regularly encounter livestock, wildlife, and varying terrain requiring solid recall and lead manners.
Our trainers specialise in addressing local challenges including desensitising dogs to agricultural activity, traffic along Bannockburn Road and Telford Road, and the seasonal influx of tourists visiting the battlefield site. We understand that many Bannockburn residents keep dogs in properties with gardens backing onto fields or woodland, requiring training that balances off-lead freedom with wildlife awareness and boundary respect.
Our puppy programmes build essential foundations during the critical 8-16 week period, introducing young dogs to Bannockburn's semi-rural environment including village traffic, agricultural sounds, and various walking surfaces. Training covers house training, basic commands, and controlled socialisation in suitable local areas, preventing future behavioural issues and creating confident village dogs.
Given Bannockburn's proximity to open countryside and woodland, reliable recall training proves essential. We develop solid off-lead control despite distractions including rabbits, deer, sheep in neighbouring fields, and other dogs on popular walking routes, ensuring your dog responds reliably whether on village streets or country paths.
Dog training in Bannockburn typically costs £35-65 per hour for private sessions, with package deals offering better value at £240-450 for comprehensive programmes. Group classes generally range from £10-18 per session, reflecting the area's more affordable pricing compared to larger cities while maintaining professional standards.
Yes, livestock training is essential in Bannockburn given the proximity to agricultural areas. We provide specialised training teaching dogs to remain calm and under control around sheep, cattle, and horses through controlled exposure and solid recall work, ensuring safe countryside access while respecting farming communities and Scottish Outdoor Access Code requirements.
Professional dog training in Bannockburn creates well-adjusted dogs suited to village life with countryside access. Our proven methods combine effective techniques with understanding of local characteristics, from historic walking routes to agricultural considerations. Whether you live in Bannockburn village centre or surrounding hamlets, investing in professional training ensures your dog becomes a reliable companion for both village streets and country paths.
