Had a really good session with Jon for Ted's issues with bins and neighbours dogs. Jon was very thorough, explained things clearly and, although it's going to take some hard work, I feel I now have the tools to make good progress. His techniques are kind, and aim to get to the root of the issue rather than quick temporary fixes - just what I want to make a genuinely happy dog.
Had a session with Jon for our dog, who has been struggling with visitors coming around. Jon was fantastic at describing and demonstrating a variety of different techniques suited to our dogs needs and preferences using only positive reenforcement and attention breaks. Within that one session the change in behaviour was obvious and we have been able to calm him down ourselves with the application of what we've been taught. We also have access to a lot of post-session support (which is great because Jon is a lovely man and nice to talk to). Very pleased and would highly recommend!
We never thought we’d be able to open our door without having a Weimaraner bark and jump at the door. Having Jon round today has proven us wrong. Jon is an incredible trainer with such knowledge and passion in his work. He shows a genuine interest in his clients though his pleasant and kind nature. Highly recommended to anyone who is struggling with heir dog. Thanks Jon you’ve given us a fresh start 😊
Jon came to my house to help me with my Dog attention barking and barking in the garden excessively. Jon’s knowledge was next to none! I saw a huge difference in Rumble within 2 hours of training. Jon was super patient and explained the knowledge behind everything he was teaching us.
Would recommend Jon, Canine Assist. I had 30 minutes discussion and was able to arrange a training session. Very happy with Jon’s approach to training. He quickly understood my dogs behaviour and the best way to encourage good behaviour. We are working through a training programme which is already seeing improvements.

I contacted Gem regarding our two year old daschund Charlie regarding anxiousness on walks and in the house and reactivity to spaces in particular. The moment Gem stepped into our house, she was calm with Charlie and gave him treats to encourage positive reinforcement. She really helped us with strategies to prevent excessive barking on both walks and in the house and recommended certain products that would help increase mental stimulation for Charlie. I would definitely recommend Gem as a dog trainer to anyone who is looking for reassurance or help on basic or behavioural training
Gemma is absolutely amazing! We started with her for our Staffy for some basic training and behaviour work and we saw progress even after just a few sessions. Gemma recognised the potential in our Staffy and she is now being trained as a Therapy Dog, which has not only helped her behaviour but will help other people too. I don’t have a bad word to say about Gemma. She is incredible!
Gemma has been amazing and helped me with my 5 month old Boerboel teaching him manners and showed me ways of keeping him mentally stimulated I never even knew I would highly recommend her as she is positive down to earth and truly wants the best for you and your dog can tell she dose it from a place of love for animals
Gemma is always on hand to support with me and my partners dog. She is knowledgeable, patient and clear. Nothing is too much for her and she has been a great help in getting our dog to be the perfect little family member
Gem has been so helpful with our whippet Humphrey! We asked Gem to come and work with us as Humphrey is quite anxious and was starting to become quite reactive around other dogs. She came to do an assessment of his behaviour, giving us some things to work on. Then Gem came back to observe his behaviour on a walk and gave some really helpful advice and strategies for managing his reactivity. Since working with Gem we have noticed a positive difference in Humphrey’s behaviour. It is clear how much Gem understands dogs and I would recommend her to anyone looking for some help with their furry friends! Thanks Gem :)

I got in touch to help with my dogs reactivity and socialising issues after I had reached a plateau. We've had two sessions and I have to say they are responsive, kind and patient. Already seeing a huge improvement in just a few weeks. Couldn't recommend highly enough! good dog trainers are hard to find, this is a gem!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Who knew our cheeky Cairn Terrier Pickle could be trained so quickly?! Tara is absolutely amazing! 💛 From the very first session, she understood exactly what Pickle needed — and what we needed as a family too. Her calm, positive approach and deep knowledge of dogs (and humans!) has made such a difference. Pickle is happier, more focused, and actually listens now — it’s like magic 🪄🐾 Thank you, Tara, for your kindness, professionalism, and all the laughs along the way. We feel so lucky to have found you! Highly recommended to anyone who wants real results and a happier dog 💕 – Caroline Henry
Tara has been great training our puppy buddy, she has so much patience and answered every question we had! I would highly recommend Tara!!!
Being first time dog owners, we got our toy poodle puppy Betty at 11 weeks old, we realised we needed some help and guidance in training her to become a confident, well mannered obedient dog, and for myself and my partner to make us the best doggy parents we could be. We started Betty with the puppy 1 to 1 training where Tara came to our house, she put us at ease and Betty took to her straight away so her training has come on leaps and bounds and we have the knowledge off Tara now to progress Betty into adulthood. They have now took Betty on a puppy socialisation class and a mini adventure, where she gets contact with other puppies and are in different environments in the trusted hands of Tara and Neil, who are both lovely people. We look forward to Betty joining in other classes to fulfill her life with different experiences. A huge thank you to you both for making our few few months with Betty a pleasure.

5 star care and best dog trainer around
Me and my 8 month old lab have used Louise for both puppy training classes and some 1 to 1 sessions more recently and I’m not sure I would have survived a high energy pup without her help! She’s always ready with plan A, B, C and sometimes even D for when puppy inevitably has other ideas. The advice and training drills are easy to follow to continue training at home and Louise regularly checks in to see how you’re getting on and is always on hand with more handy hints and tips despite being super busy. Highly recommend Louise for all your training needs 😊
We have been taking our Hungarian Vizsla, Ralph, to see Louise for about a year now. After experiencing some trouble with other local dog sitters, we was delighted when we came across Louise and what she had to offer. We get photos and updates throughout the day, letting us know what he's been up to. I genuinely wouldn't want to take Ralph anywhere else.. He absolutely loves going to see Louise and the other dogs. Louise treats Ralph like one of her own, he gets to run around like he deserves and needs. Never in doubt - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If anyone is looking for a dog trainer or boarding I would absolutely recommend Louise at No Pressure Canine. We got Reggie our puppy lab from one of Louise’s litters and it was the best decision we made not just because Reg is healthy and happy but because of the ongoing support we’ve received from Louise. Reggie has been back for training and also for a few days boarding and was as happy as Larry. Louise has loads of enclosed private land and treats the dogs like her own, I would never use a kennel when better options like these are available.
We started going to Louise when we got our working cocker spaniel puppy. We had never owned a cocker spaniel before so wanted to make sure we were getting it right with her training, so we didn’t accidentally pass on or endorse bad habits or behaviours. Louise’s one to one training was absolutely incredible, we learnt so much (I think we learnt more than our dog!!). Louise is so knowledgeable and experienced and it was great being able to come to the farm and also get our puppy socialised with other dogs but in a controlled environment where Louise had full control. After a couple of one to one sessions we found our puppy’s behaviour massively transformed, she was much more calm and focused, began walking loosely on her lead and her recall was reliable and consistent. Louise tailored her sessions around what we wanted to learn and it’s helped us so much.

We have been training ralph with Emma for 2 months now and ralph has come such a long way with his fear based reactivity we can now enjoy walks again and we now know how to control situations if we need too. We also did settle training with Emma and we have all the training to carry on with ralph and look forward to in the future being able to take him places to eat ect. Emma is very polite and very good with ralph and gives clear instructions to follow. It was so nice to end our last session today with ralph letting u touch him! it really shows how much he has come along from our first session with u and how much help u have been 🙂. We look forward to our group class next week with u which will help ralph get used to being around other dogs thankyou so much xx
Would highly recommend Emma. She listened to my issues with Luna’s barking and fear of one dog and put in place a training plan. Weekly meets and Emma would send a summary of what we worked on and what we were focusing on for the next week. We had a whats app chat and I could send videos and update on how things were going, Emma would reply and give feedback. Lunas progress has been amazing, I can now read Luna’s body language and I now have tools in place to help me. Thank you so much Emma.
I can highly recommend Emma. She has been fantastic at helping with my young German shepherd cross, to learn to chill out and become less reactive to other dogs when out. She has some great knowledge and worked wonders with my boy. Thank you so much for all your help
Me and my border collie Brody had a great experience with Emma! She’s been a massive help with his reactivity to dogs, making sure that she built a bond with him from the first session and now he is always so exited to see her! She gives us various exercises to do prior to our next session together and I can really see a difference in his behaviour when we have been out and in training sessions! I can’t recommend her enough!!
Great experience for both owner and dog. The session were professional and friendly. Hints and tips were very clear and demonstrated well.
