Kim is an excellent dog trainer and has helped us significantly over the years with issues with our rescue dogs She can read the dog and situation so well and provides an excellent programme of changed behaviours (mainly by us) to help our dogs have their best life I can’t recommend her highly enough
Kim is absolutely fantastic! She really understands your dog. Kim noticed the problem straight away and was open and honest with us about what causes Roxie's reactions. We gave the new routine 100%, and within 48 hours, we already saw a change in our girl. Not only is Kim a fantastic dog trainer, but she is also easy to get along with, and you know you are getting the truth from her. We are so looking forward to continuing our training with her, and we know she really has our dogs' best interests at heart.
Absolutely thrilled with the service from Kim . She came to me for a 3 hour session ( which lasted 4) to help with my recently acquired 2 1/2 year old sibling Poodles. The main problem , which started to develop after 6 weeks with me , was reactivity to others dogs. We still have a way to go but I’m amazed at the progress so far , sound, sensible advice from a clearly very knowledgeable lady . So happy I found her 👍
Kim clearly understands dog behaviour and is very effective at diagnosing specific issues. Our 2 dogs are very different and Kim tailors strategies to their individual needs. We highly recommend Kim who goes above and beyond what is expected of her, taking extra time if needed and making follow up calls/texts to check on progress, such is her passion for finding a solution. We are really pleased that we found Kim to help us out and have seen much improvement because of her advice.
Kim came to see us and our young cockerpoo for 1-2-1 training recently to advise on lead training and general obedience. We are very pleased with the results and know that it is up to us to keep going with the ‘homework’ she gave us! Thank you Kim!

I cannot recommend Tom and Sharne highly enough. I have two Dobermans (aged 4 and 6) who, due to a change in my personal circumstances, had not received the training or boundaries they needed. When they came to live with me in March this year, I was unable to take them out at all — they were extremely reactive to other dogs, constantly barking and trying to get to them, even when walking in a secure field. My 6-year-old girl in particular is very sensitive and anxious, and I really wanted to give them the best chance of becoming part of the family. I found Tom and Sharne and decided to send both dogs to their four-week boot camp — and I can honestly say they have worked miracles. Both dogs are now so much more relaxed, especially my girl. They can walk calmly next to other dogs without reacting, and they are able to settle and relax even when dogs are nearby. For the first time, I can confidently take them out myself and continue the great work Tom and Sharne have done. The support didn’t end at the boot camp either. They gave us a detailed handover, were incredibly helpful and adaptable throughout, and reassured me that they are there if I need any guidance going forward. My Dobermans are not only calmer and happier, but they also look fantastic — they were overweight before, and now they’ve toned up and look exactly as a healthy Doberman should. It’s clear how much care and love Tom and Sharne gave them — I can see the bond they built, and I know my dogs were very well looked after. I will definitely be booking with them again whenever I need to go away.
I dropped my beagle off to Vislor kennels when we went away on holiday and they were fabulous. Sharne was very professional, good communication and sent me some updates too when I was on holiday. Milo seemed to of have the best time and he’s been knackered since he’s been home too so they’ve well and truly spoilt him and kept him very busy! I will 100% be using these guys again very shortly whenever I need overnight care again! So easy and so chill throughout the whole process! Thanks guys xx
We sent Max (pur 10 month old Patterjack) to Tom and Sharne after several other trainers struggled to help him. Max was incredibly reactive to everything when out on walks, barking at most things and pulling hard on the lead. Tom and Sharne had Max for 3 weeks and the we cannot believe the difference in Max since collecting him. He walks by our side now, no barking and we can take him to busy areas without any concern or worry. We had regular updates throughout the 3 weeks from them both including photos and videos of Max and he was clearly well looked after and has formed a strong bond with Tom after his time there. They also offering boarding so if we ever need to board Max we will 100% be sending him here as they were absolutely brilliant with him. Thanks so much Tom & Sharne!
Approached Sharne and Tom for support for our boy Murphy to help better manage his anxiety which made him reactive and lack of attention in his walks. 3 weeks in residential training and the effect has been huge. First walk back with him today after getting him home, walks to heel and past dogs running up to him with no bother - now is the time for us to put their hard work into more practice but it’s made walking him so much more enjoyable and he is far more relaxed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and worth every penny!

We used Louise for both puppy class and puppy plus ! Can’t recommend enough she covered everything and more that you’d need to no with training your pup , very knowledgeable and has great techniques! Me and my pup thoroughly enjoyed every session!thank you again !!
Could not recommend Louise enough! We’ve had the best time at puppy and puppy plus training. Louise has helped us gain confidence in training our dog the correct way and our little Luna loved every minute of it.
We booked in with Hilton Dogs after multiple recommendations from friends and family. Our puppy went to socialisation, puppy and puppy plus classes - clearly couldn't get enough! We learnt so much from Louise in all classes and really feel like we've set our puppy up for success. It was important for us to use positive training techniques and so it was worth the slightly longer commute! Louise is so patient and kind, and was always more than happy to answer additional questions we had. 10000% recommend :-)
Our Winter, what a character and what a journey we have been on with Louise for 15 months, we just got her into puppy class, then the journey started from there and having her grow up with the support we have received has been so rewarding, a challenging breed and very independent. She loves Louise and as you can see in The pictures was happy when in the car to go to the class sessions. We moved to 1 to 1 to get some focused techniques and Louise nailed it with Winter starting to show massive improvement s with things like loose lead walking and "close", giving us the confidence to work with Winter and see he flourish. The best thing we learnt, is there is no shame and providing Winter is responding who cares what others think 🙃
Louise is amazing we have done a few classes with her now and she is so good at her job and you learn so much so good with the pups aswell

I started my Mantrailing journey with Kay and Pat. Really enjoyable days, and learnt lots too!
K9 puppy training at the best! Which we d found them sooner! The classes were great with lots of 1on 1 help. Can't believe how much our puppy has come on during the 4 weeks! Will definitely be doing more with them and would recommend to all.
Excellent puppy and intermediate classes, personable trainers, supportive groups, highly recommend!
